PTS is perfect for a small tour operator like Mandala World Travel. Both clients AND suppliers know that their money is fully protected for the use it is intended making it the safest way to book and travel. Suppliers in particular don't always get that guarantee. PTS allows me full flexibility to use my own suppliers and contacts, and area always amazingly quick to respond and help resolve issues.

Through a number of calls and expert guidance from Grant in Sales, no question was too small or too much trouble. Grant walked Your Travel Consultant through the process explaining the process in great detail, offering live examples and providing a way forwards with PTS when forming a new Travel Agency Consortia.

With a seamless transition over to Pia and Acia in Onboarding, it was clear to see that the team had a holistic view and shared vision of supporting Your Travel Consultant each step of the way. Through supporting us with more questions and guiding us on the required documentation needed to succeed and become approved. We couldn't have wished for a more supportive onboarding process.

We are eagerly heading towards our brand launch and looking to succeed with the full backing and support offered by PTS and the wider teams and suppliers. Thank you to all of the team involved past and in the future.

Acia Tully is an invaluable member of the PTS team. Her responsiveness, friendliness, and willingness to tackle any task make her an essential asset to the organization.

They are very deceitful and love in a way stealing money from there business customers.

At the beginning of my company starting with them I was told that the application fee was around £1100 and within 6 months of working with them this will be credited back to me this was told to me by a person called Grant. It is coming up to a year and they still have not credited the money back to me.

Today I tried to cancel my account with them by email. The first time I emailed there was no written response back and the second time I have emailed there was a response only after a woman from the company called up and I explained my issues she was very rude and uninterested in the problems I was facing and then tells me I am unable to discontinue there useless services without a 3 month notice of continuingly paying them for services I have seen no benefit from, am I renting a property to live in from them to have to give a LONG 3 MONTH NOTICE in order to cancel there useless services? I don't have ANYTHING, no trips, no client payments, no business payments absolutely nothing outstanding for them to take even an hour long to close my account never mind 3 months.

They are NOT here to serve others with good heart they are here to strain as much money as they can out of your pockets.

In summary totally avoid there services its as if your throwing money into a pit setting it on fire, and when you try to stop they will force you to throw it for another 3 months, not to forget dishonesty about getting your application fee back after 6 months of being with them.

Very helpful staff and very responsive over emails. Very easy company to work with.

Acia was lovely. Made sure the whole process ran smoothly and as quickly as possible. Explained everything thoroughly.

It is a company that gives both customers and travel agents who are with PTS peace of mind.
Very resourceful in getting good and diverse useful suppliers for the agents working with them.

To crown it, the customer service is fantastic, they are always ready to assist and resolve any issues.

If a travel company is associated with the protected trust services it gives clients a peace of mind knowing their money they pay to travel agents/tour operators is safe because when they pay installments the money goes into a clients trust account safely and supervised until the final day when the balance is due them the finances of that company forward clients funds to suppliers via statements on the day the balance is due.
