Ordered the tyres on line and booked a specific fitting time 2 days later. Turned up and was told tyres not heat and if they were they could not be fitted as staff had a bad back!! Had to wait another... Toon meer

Always very helpful and quick but when…
Always very helpful and quick but when looking at my receipt I noticed a charge for environmental now I’m not against protecting the environment but I fail to see how wheel alignment could possibly cause a need for a charge of £4.16 as your not using any harmful liquids or disposing of any waste . To me it would seem it’s just a charge for something I did not receive

Honest and efficient
I had a slow puncture, they fixed the tyre rather than replacing it as it still has a lot of tread! I was grateful for the honest service!

Great experience
Great experience - never used this garage before and needed 2 front tyres being replaced, they were super busy but the man on the front desk handled the situation so well. Can see why they’re busy with such a great service! I’ll be back again for the back tyres

A interesting experience
Great guys, good banter but because of a reduced staff numbers and the website giving unrealistic timing we waited 2 hrs. It a shame because we have used Protyre a number of times. With 5.1 million unemployed I think more could be done to attract young people to the industry.
