Excellent service, kept updated all day with my car, old parts shown to me with wear and tear too. Excellent communication throughout- shout out to Philip who was brilliant- kept me informed and was clear regarding costs and timing of repairs. My car was a tricky one to sort as it’s old but the lads got it all tip top for me. Can’t fault these guys, top notch place and service. Thanks :)

Goes above and beyond with the help he gives even though the issues have nothing to do with the service's Protyre offer, his advice and assistance are second to none. Booked online and I went to the Carlisle depot at the appointed time although very busy the service was excellent after about one hour all done would highly recommend but I would advise booking online

I booked my MOT with wheel alignment through Groupon for a great price. I had a long wait because they forgot to do the wheel alignment and then said It would be another hour before they could do it. I sat in their waiting room for nearly three hours, cold but a free tea from their machine (not very nice). The staff are great, friendly and efficient.
