Should have changed oil and filter but when I checked still same dirty oil. Complete waste of time and money never again. Not had any response from protyre.

I was driving to work as a community nurse when my tyre started losing pressure. I called in at 08.30 and by 09.15 I was on the road again with a new tyre ( old tyre had a nail in it) so I was able to get to my patients. I was so relieved to be seen so quickly even though they were very busy!
They were all so helpful. THANK YOU!

Amazing team in Exeter Sawton.

Turned up unexpectedly with car on back of recovery vehicle. Despite reception being incredibly busy and being fully booked, I was dealt with really quickly, in a friendly and professional manner, and only needed to leave my car until the next morning. This after a much bigger company had told me it would take them 4 days to change a single tyre. Excellent service, thank you so much.

I recently had two tyres fitted at your garage, for which I paid over £750. I was offered a wheel alignment as part of the service, but this was not carried out. Additionally, the tyre pressures were incorrect when I collected the car.

I picked up the car at 5:20pm, and was told that the machine had been switched off to add more air, and was simply advised to go to a petrol station.

Overall, this was very poor service and not what I paid for.

At Protyre all aspects of getting my brakes sorted very efficient and explained totally what was required to be done also the cost to do do this work

Always great service. I use Protyre for all my vehicles. The Exeter Sowton branch has always been great and now the reception and wating area have been updated its a better place to wait for the work to be completed.

Easy to use website, choice of tyres and good service on the day

Not my usual choice for tyre services, but they was recommended by a friend. Had a single loose wheel taken in for a slow puncture, fixed the puncture no problem but it cost me hell of alot more than I expected. And what they charge to dispose of a valve... wow.
I will stick with my regular supplier.

Good range of tyres on website which is easy to navigate and select your chosen tyres. Offers flagged on the site appear alongside various tyre options. Full details as to quality, noise and application are shown.
Booking slots are presented well and again easy to make you choice between location and time slot. Everything in place upon arrival and a call back to advise the vehicle is ready for collection.

Great service. Went with a popped tyre, sorted within the hour. As a woman I always feel safe and trust them.

Staff were polite and friendly, I would have given 5 stars if I hadn't booked in noon and had to wait for over an our to start work on my car.

Wait time is a joke! Nearly 3 hours wait for one tyre. The staff in the office don’t seem to know what they are doing.
Couldn’t actually tell you who was in charge….
The staff in and out of the garage were constantly in and out and looked very overwhelmed with work as so busy. I think you need to hire more staff. Or the why you need 3 on the front and not lending a hand too the other staff when the wait is so long. Unfortunately that will be my last time and will be going elsewhere in sowton due to front of house and lack of staff. The time wait is a joke

Very helpful and professional nothing is any problem

Fantastic service, the lady on the front desk was great not just with myself but all the customers, nothing was to much trouble, lovely free coffee, I would of given 5 stars but they were so busy I had to wait quite a bit of time. I would definitely recommend this company
