My car passed the MOT and it was excellent service, by the two staff that were on reception.

Exceptionally friendly, informative, helpful and professional staff at the information desk. For me, who knows nothing about cars, definitely makes a huge difference. I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else. Well done guys, thank you.

I've been a regular customer of Protyre, and have been for years. I've always received good service and felt able to ask questions.

Normally very good fitter must have been a rush left wheels covered in lubricant etc

Nice facility, friendly staff, almost on time for the booked appointment, provided a visual report and explanation of what they did.
Steering feels much better and hopefully the tyres will last a bit longer!

Plenty of parking space. MOT done on time and telephoned to advise car ready for pick up. Overall, a trouble free experience. Would recommend and would use again.

I have used Protyre for all my car needs for many years. They are friendly and very helpful. I know I can call in with any car worries with lights, oils, tyres etc and they will check and sort if necessary. Of course for any major servicing , MoT , repairs it’s Protyre all the way . As an older single female I know I can trust them.

Helpful hard working staff (they do not stop!) and I feel that they gave honest answers to my questions and the prices seemed reasonable to me. I think I might use them in future for all my servicing, MOTs etc

Ordered an Avon cobra Tyer for a Harley Davidson fitted when I arrived to collect it there was no new valve fitted. I commented on this as was agreed in the price. I was told it’s too late now your have to take it as it is. I left the wheel Tyer blown up in the garage when I put the pressure gauge on the valve 15psi i inflated it to 45psi sprayed the Tyer with water and a dash of fairy liquid not sealed lots bubbles probably couldn’t be bothered to clean rim before fitting slap dash. I will never use pro Tyer again stay away as I’ve now got pay a proper Tyer fitter to sort this out

Suffered a flat tyre early on a Monday morning on my way to work and the team went 'over and above' to fit me in. A matching brand of tyre was available and Jake highlighted a couple of minor issues I would need to keep an eye on.
I was back on the road in less than an hour.

I highly recommend this garage. They are kind caring as well as being very knowledgeable. I really appreciate the time they take to explain any issues with my car (and there have been a few!) and give me time to consider the options. Never any pressure to make a decision and the cost is always what was quoted. Thank you so much team.

I ordered two tyres online on Good Friday. The receipt I received indicated that they would be at the centre on Saturday. I booked appointment on line for midday Saturday. Turned up tyres hadn't arrived. Told they would be there Tuesday. Tuesday had a phone call to tell me they hadn't arrived. Wednesday finally fitted. Car didn't steer very well. Thursday I checked tyre pressures 37psi Protyre had over inflated tyres by 4psi.
