Took nearly a month overall to get the issue fixed on my car after they failed it on the m.o.t. was told lies on three occasions when discussing the work. Nobody has a clue what's going on there and they NEVER answer the phone. Worst garage I've ever dealt with, will not be using again.

The guys at the Wednesfield branch are…
The guys at the Wednesfield branch are really good and when fitting this time were no different. The reason for the 3 rating is they are having work done and had nowhere to wait. Also car was booked in for 0930 but when i returned at 1030 it hadnt been started. No doubt due to the building works but would have been nice to be advised of delay.

Wednesfield had a problem with access due to a stuck roller door. RECIEVED CALL CANCELLING APPOINTMENT, BUT THEY AGREED A SPACE NEXT DAY AT TELFORD ,WHICH I DULY ARRIVED FOR BUT AFTER A FEW MINUTES WAS INFORMED THAT PROTYRE COUKDNT DO MOT BECAUSE MY AIR HAS AIR SUSPENSION.???? RANG WEDNESFIELD RATHER ANNOYED AND MANAGER ASKED ME TO TAKE IT THERE LATER IN DAY. APPARENTLYDOOR ACCESSIBLE.WHICH I DID AND MOT DONE AND PASSED.have left 2 stars ,SURELY PROTYRE CAN DO BETTER.HAD NO BODY IN PROTYRE REALISE PROBLEM WITH AIR SUSPENSION TESTING.MANAGER OF WEDNESFIELD DESERVED 10 STARS FOR HIS ACTIONS.COLIN

We understand how disappointing it must have been to have your original appointment affected by the access issues at our Wednesfield centre, and then experience further disruption when attending the alternative appointment at Telford. This is not the level of service we aim to provide.
We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and are particularly sorry for the confusion regarding the air suspension testing. We can understand why this left you feeling frustrated after making the additional journey.

Great experience at Protyre Wednesfield
I needed 4 new tyres and had initially checked prices online through Asda Tyres. In the end, I decided to pop into my local Protyre Wednesfield, and I’m really glad I did. The price wasn’t much different, so I decided to go with them.
The manager explained that they were really busy and would need to order my tyres, but he managed to book me in for the following day, which I was really impressed with considering how busy they were.
I dropped the car off on Saturday morning and was told by the staff member dealing with me that, despite being very busy and still having people walking in for jobs, they would definitely get my car done that day. He was great throughout and kept me informed.
They did exactly what they said they would. My car was ready before the store closed, with 4 brand-new tyres fitted at a really competitive price.
I also really appreciated the attention to detail. I stayed while the last wheel was being finished, and the staff member checked everything over and even reset the tyre pressure monitoring system — something other garages have forgotten to do in the past.
Overall, I’m really happy with the service, the price and how friendly and professional the staff were, especially considering how busy they were.
I’ll have absolutely no hesitation using Protyre Wednesfield again. Highly recommended! 👍 ps I forgot the techs name but he is a credit

They failed my mot on a bulge in my tyre, when I asked to see it I could neither see or feel a bulge, but they insisted it was there, when changing the tyre, they damaged my alloy. Will not use again.
