Terrible company.
Claims that you can be qualified in 5 weeks but they don’t mark your work or answer the phone or even respond to an email.
Platform glitches. Entered my work twice and the system timed out and didn’t save anything. There is gaps in the content.
It’s been 12 weeks since I last heard anything.
What a waste of my time and money!
If I could put no stars I would. Absolute cowboy company. Did not provide services advertised, did not reply to any emails or phone calls.
The one phone call I did have an answer to was a guy called Paul I believe who said the last owner was dodgy and it had changed hands, that I could either cancel or continue. I opted to cancel and he said he was going to raise this and have it cancelled. Months and months have passed by and this company still take sporadic payments from my bank, yet no one ever answers the phone or emails. Absolute scam company, will be being reporting to trading standards and the financial ombudsman. Avoid at all costs.
Would avoid this company at all costs. Signed up for my level 3 personal training during lockdown of 2020. All seemed okay to start with and did Level 2 without many issues and passed after some delays with communication. Level 3 however, markbooks were marked incorrectly, staff were working off different versions of the booklet and so none of it made sense when asking for help. Communication was awful and no response from them when I asked for my proof of level 2 certificate completion. Passed level 2 nearly a year ago and still no sign of my certificate despite various calls, emails and messenger requests. No reply from anyone. Would avoid this company at all costs to the point where I have gone to another company for my level 3.
I just finished my L2, the assessor was amazing. She helped me correct all my theory so I passed fairly quickly. The support team also responded really quickly and was happy to call whenever I needed extra support. Can't wait to finish my level 3. The whole expierence was scary to start but pt institute made it easy and affordable to do what I love. Thank you guys 🙏🙏
Signed up to an online course with PT Institute. The whole process was easy and simple. I downloaded my workbooks so was able to do the course from home during lockdown. Highly recommended 👌
Amazing online coaches!
With covid I wasn't sure how I would be able to get it done but thankfully its all done online and the practicals I filmed by video assessment.
I took a little longer than 5 weeks but that was my fault with work but im fully qualified now and cant waitbto start my job at Virgin active!
I have done other online courses and no company has compared to PT institute. It was fuss free and so simple to complete my course. I never had any problems with getting support, everything is available on the learners page on the website and the mentors response to any queries was always prompt and clear.
5 star customer service! The whole process from start to finish was effortless. Not to mention an unbeatable price as I had shopped around before going with them. The course content is very informative and being able to do my assessments from home was very useful during this lockdown. All in all excellent service, thank you to the team!
