Customer service, what customer service??
Significant issues with delivery not even acknowledged.
First time customer - but not planning to be a repeat customer!
Do not order
Do not order. Ordered three tops one was delivered in wrong size, returned and got refund despite asking for correct size. Other two supposedly delivered but not received. Scam company.
I was sent the wrong bag
The bag I received was not the one I had ordered and paid for. The invoice was for the correct bag. I was told I would have to sent the original back before they sent the correct one. I feel the correct one should have been sent immediately the error was acknowledged and a courier sent for the wrong one. I should not have to wait and be inconvenienced. There was not even an apology. Poor customer service!
So disappointed waited for two weeks…
So disappointed waited for two weeks for jacket to be delivered had to chase up as no communication from Pure …. They replied eventually informing me the order was cancelled and would return my payment. I feel very let down at the Lack of communication
Good communication and service
Unfortunately had to return a pair of Sale trousers that were too large. Received an acknowledgement within four days advising that a refund had been made to my account. Good service - as usual - and I wish the trousers had fitted as the style and quality were great!
AVOID THIS COMPANY
I placed an order for some teousers from what I thought was a reputable company. They took my money but the trousers never arrived. The company were terrible to get in contact with, and when I finally did get a response they said they hadn’t taken my money. I contacted my credit card company who said the money had been taken but despite me sending proof, pure collection said I had not paid. After weeks I received a message saying they had got my money and it would be refunded. Which it was eventually.
I will never use Pure collection again. This company is based in China and does not have any customer care or concern department.
If I had read the reviews here before placing my order I would not have had to go through weeks of unpleasant chasing for my money to be returned. AVOID!!!!
Great care and patience
I am surprised to see some bad reviews because my experience has always been good. Today, my hearing was rather bad but Rose took great care and patience in taking my order and making sure I was getting what I wanted. So 5 stars! Thank you

My order arrived promptly but one item was completely wrong. Instead of a Vneck linen T shirt size 18 I was sent a midi dress size 14. I’m returning the wrong item today. Let’s see how long it takes to get the correct item!

A prompt refund
The trousers I ordered were too narrow in the legs but I was sent a refund very promptly, and an email to alert me to it.
Delivery took a long time
Delivery took a long time, ordered 9th May, delivered 22nd May. Have opted to sell it online rather than risk a return to China (postage at my cost) based poor reviews on here, of refunds not being issued.
Lack of service and wrongfully blocked
If I could give them ZERO, I would. I am not able to get in, not even contact them. I have never shopped on their shopping channel of any sort.
I HAVE been BLOCK FOR WHATEVER REASON(S). AND UNABLE TO CONTACT THEM. I think this is really bad service gir them to do that a a potential customer who have NEVER shopped with them before.
Is this how they treat their potential new customers? SHAME ON YOU. And this is still ongoing issue. I don't know them and they certainly don't know me for them to do this.
Really bad service
Really bad service, took an order for something out of stock, and I am still awaiting a full refund for a mistake they made. They did not contact me so I have done all the chasing and am out of pocket. I won’t be buying from them again

I was gifted a white blouse supposedly organic cotton
It was off white and brushed cotton. A summer short sleeve blouse in brushed cotton, how odd. No mention of this on the description. The fabric was cheap and tacky. It was sent back. Their delivery postage is not cheap but it cost more to send it back. £10.05 altogether and nothing to show for it.
I personally have purchased many items from Pure in the past but the quality of the items since Woolovers have owned it has plummeted. The items are old fashioned and dated without any of the flair it had previously. It is safe to say THAT YOU HAVE LOST MY CUSTOM.

I have been a longtime customer and mad3 many purchases ! Their repair service for cashmere is wonderful , I get a brand new article back !
But recently the models they use in their magazine are not reflective of their customers and this has a bad I,pact on my desire to purchase ! I want to see models that I aspire to and not the models they are choosing !
The costs have soared in the magazine and they have to remember we have alternatives ! A sad customer !
Failed to Pay Refund
Returned a cardigan I bought on Pure and requested a refund. Pure incorrectly processed the return for a refund as an exchange and have sent me an E-Mail to say they have posted out exactly the same cardigan to me. They will not process my refund until the incorrectly posted replacement is returned to them despite acknowledging it was their mistake. Not good enough from an upmarket brand.
