I have been with Pure Offices Weston for close to a decade now, and couldn't imagine being anywhere else. Clean, modern spaces, great facilities, and the support we get from our centre manager (Sarah) is superb. Having visited other serviced offices before finally choosing Pure, the differences are clear from the first visit.

We have had office space in Pure offices Leamington for several years now. Helen and the team have always been accommodating of our business' needs helping us find a space that is the right size for us. Helen is professional, friendly, and always willing to help, and it is so nice to be in such a well-kept space with other lovely companies.

We have evolved our business within the Pure Offices environment and used the various facilities available to meet our needs. The recent upgrade of the meeting spaces has provided more ability to bring our colleagues to the office to work together in a more collaborative way.

The Nottingham Pure Offices provide an excellent workspace with professional and friendly staff who are always helpful. The facilities are modern, clean, and well-maintained. The parking on-site is a huge bonus. Highly recommended for businesses seeking a convenient and well-located office space.

The office building itself is modern, well-equipped, and suitably maintained. Meeting rooms and co-working spaces are great, as well as the small touches like biscuits and sweets in reception.

Awful company. I’ve had two really bad experiences with Pure Offices and would advise anyone in business to avoid dealing with them.

It’s unusual to get B2B service providers that actually make it harder for their customers to be in business. Pure Offices seem to succeed through a staggering level of ineptitude.

My first experience was trying to downsize my office, only to have Pure try and use that as an opportunity to extract more money from me by overcharging. I then went elsewhere based on what I considered unethical business practices and have been really happy at Work Life (just next door). They treat people fairly and care about their customers. However, I made the mistake of keeping a foot in with Pure via a virtual office to avoid having to update companies house and marketing collateral. Big mistake. They’ve managed to turn that into a time sucking nightmare.

Overall it’s cost me ten’s of thousands of pounds in losses but I’m glad to finally be free and I would advise other businesses to stay well away. It's not just bad service you'll receive, but an unethical, unkind and inept approach to business.

When I needed to move office at the end of last year I scoured the local area for suitable options. Pure Offices in Leamington Spa stood out head and shoulders above any other option and ticked all the boxes a small business like mine needed. This included a pleasant and welcoming reception area, free parking, and plenty of it for staff and visitors, modern office space, meeting room availability when required, out of office areas for informal chats, all at a competitive cost. They fell over backwards to accommodate our move and helped with the technology. My staff and I have been made very welcome by the manager who has been extremely helpful in every aspect of our move and time here.

Pure Offices has been a fantastic experience for us from the start. The offices are beautiful, well maintained and modern which sets them apart from any other office we have viewed. The onsite team are very helpful and can't do enough for us whether it be an organised event or a general query we may have. I recommend Pure Offices to everyone! You will not regret!!

We moved into Pure Offices, Leamington Spa, some 12 years ago and the flexibility it offers and general standards of the property are exemplary. However we, like many other small companies are finding it tough at the moment so we asked for a rent break for three months to allow us to concentrate on new businessas we sought to reduce our overhead across the board. The response was tepid and ultimately and reluctantly offered a 50% reduction. Considering the 12 years and faultless rent payents exceeding £250k over the period this was both mean and ungrateful but worse it was tied into a new contract (no doubt with a new rent reflecting "the discount"given) with a new notice period of 3 months (previously 1 month) so effectively a high interest rate to a loyal client.

Essentially if you want space that is largely well run and maintained and never ask for help then consider this by all means but if you feel you might need a discount of under 1% don't touch it with a barge pole.

Pure Offices Welwyn Garden City offers an excellent meeting room with great wifi. We have used a few times for meetings recently and the Team are so welcoming and accommodating ensuring that everything is set up for a swift meeting start. Serena is fantastic and a pleasure to deal with. We've been really impressed with the service from Pure Offices and will be using them going forward.

Pure Office - Thorpe Park - If I had an option for 0 stars, I would use it!
The staff here are very rude, they do not listen to their clients, instead the freeze everybody with their extreme air conditioning (during summer months we sat in coats with heaters on at 27 degrees outside). when confronted their response was the worst I have ever had ie WE NEED TO BE COMFORTABLE - not their clients!

They have lost that many companies and have amply office space.... if anybody is interested!

Avoid at all costs!

The Nottingham office is a great building to work in, with excellent facilities and a fantastic team who manage the building.

Close to the M1, and plenty of parking for everyone.

This is by far the worst place to keep your business, farren (a representative for pure offices) in Cheadle is utterly unprofessional and completely useless. The Cheadle building has a bullying culture and it is completely toxic. I cannot believe how ridiculously rude and disrespectful pure office staff is
