I got my hair done at Westfield mall yesterday and it looked so good! Staff was also so sweet and service oriented. They seem interested in you and ask questions while you’re there.
Also, the straightener I bought is really good and definitely worth the money

I was visiting Stratford when 2 ladies at the put stand approa CJ ed me and convinced em to make to r purchase fo both the straightener and curler. When they tested it on me they said the straightener and curler came with a free lifetime warranty and that it was waterproof finish. They said the curls would not drip out unless I shampooed even if I brush it etc. I made such an expensive purchase and was excited but I used the straightener for first time and half way doing my hair it switched off and would not turn back on. I did exactly as advised on dry hair. I waited a few hours and checked against switching in. I have not only water so much money but now got a device not working. Website says they cannot help . Do not recommend

awful curling ion and fake promises from the people at the kiosk. 1) they said it doesn’t get ‘hot at all’ and demonstrated by brushing it across her hand yet it feels like burning when you apply it and damaged my hair after one yse 2) it doesn’t hold the curls and makes my hair even more frizzy. 3) the customer support team hasn’t replied to any of my emails. don’t be tempted to buy from them

I’ve had my hair done twice by the stylists at PYT Stratford. The experience was beyond all I could ask for both times. Not only did my hair come out beautiful but they were so hospitable and relatable. I’d like to commend Andrea, Diana, Monique and Alexandra specifically. They were so polite and I left feeling so happy after they styled me. Again, overall amazing hair and experience

Monika and Diana were amazing and so friendly. They made my hair look amazing and were so helpful.

Bought a infrared titanium hair straightener. I will recommend this product. It doesn't make my hair feel too hot after straightening or curling. Before purchasing I did check the reviews and it was mixed but I went for it as I have used ghd for tears and was not too happy with the outcome. Ghd makes the ends very dry and rough but pyt keeps them smooth.

The item was not for me but the company refunded quickly. Communication with them was good.

The fact that the lady done a run through with my hair and it was excellent.

Although I did not have the funds she discounted and I purchased.

The product had been excellent and very happy for myself and daughters hair which is very thick but works.

And this is a second purchase made from this company.

Brought a pair of straighteners from the white city team and it is fabulous...my hair looks wonderful...it is very light, doesn't smell and comes with heat protection matt

Bought a curler from them and was lied to. I bought them from Stratford Westfield and was unhappy as the product underachieved. When I bought them back for a refund the person I spoke to was very rude and not helpful at all. Do not buy from this company!

Andreea always does an amazing job! I absolutely love the way she styles my hair she’s so friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. The titanium hair straightener she recommended and sold to me is fantastic! Her customer service is always top-notch. Highly recommend!

The infrared styler is amazing and genuinely stays curly till my next wash. The girls are all so nice and kind too. i love it

Very poor experience mouth from the Westfield Stratford stand, the lady trialed the curler on my hair when I got home i noticed it changed my curl pattern so not fit for purpose
The return process is unlawful as you would need to send an email to help.pyt@gmail to get a returns code which I did but they never responded
I took it back to the stand to return they refused without a returns code
I have now emailed 4 times for a return code but no response I have no option now but to contact my bank for a charge back

My hair was always my biggest insecurity because it was always frizzy and I didn’t know how to tame it . A lovely women approached me and asked me if I would like to try the far infrared styler. I went along and when she had used the styler on my hair it went down soo smooth I was shocked that all my frizz was gone.

Ever since that day I use it everyday and it really control my frizz especially outside in the rain.

I would highly recommend it to everyone to grab a infrared styler from PYT .

i was demonstrated the laser straightner and my hair is very curly and frizzy i have been using ghds and they made my hair so dry. The pyt laser has changed my hair and has made it so soft and it stays straight for days. literally the best straightner ever. thankyou PYT

This straightener killed my hair, I bought it from Whitfield Stratford and they said it doesn’t damage hair but it my but it extremely damaged my hair, I don’t recommend to anyone

The straighteners were faulty and after 1 use they didn't turn on. I have returned them, they said they are broken and now are ignoring my emails! Do not buy!!!
