Luna is a very talented hair stylist. She helped me curl my hair and made me look so fashionable! Highly recommend her skills, PYT Stratford and their products. She has amazing people skills, highly recommend!

I bought the infra red ray hair straighteners in 2018 and I loved them until recently they stopped working. I got in touch with pyt via email and through the website and they responded straight away within 24 hours. I even got a call from Monika (Monique S) from Westfield Stratford telling me I could come and they would replace them for me as I had lifetime guarantee promised to me (as long as I had the receipt which is quite understandable as every place will ask for recipet as proof of purchase). I went to Stratford Westfield on 16th December and met Monika. She was so great at her customer service skills and so warm and friendly. She really cares about her customers and makes sure they leave happy. She asked for my receipt and then gave me a pair of replacement straighteners after she checked my old ones. I must say I am very happy with the service I have experienced and I will always be a loyal customer of PYT if I ever need to purchase anything else in the future. Today I went to PYT in Westfield where I met the lovely Monica who helped advise me on the best straightener for my hair type her customer service is 10/10 they need to have more staff members like her around.

Went to Westfield mid November 2023 for my daughter's birthday. Maryam stopped us and asked if she could try the Pyt hair straightener on my daughter's hair, we said OK. She did an amazing job, she curled my daughter's hair, put water on the curls to show how strong they hold and gave me an amazing discount. We bought it, but we noticed that curls were gone like 2 or 3 hours later. We decided to return the product as soon as possible and when we read the writing on the receipt we noticed we only have 1 day to return the product. My husband rushed to Westfield after work to return the hair straightener. The girls there, including Maryam, whom I must say was lovely on the day of sale, gave him a very hard time. They found all the excuses in the book, including calling me to verify if I am returning the product. At that point, Maryam was very cold over the phone, anyway, in the end my husband had to come back home to get what they've requested and drive back to Westfield. These people are heartless, because during our conversation on the day Maryam was doing my daughter's hair, I mentioned that we have autistic children and, one can only imagine having all our kids at home with 1 parent to look after them on a school night, the evening we've had that day. I am an honest reviewer, and I was mis-sold a product, simple! We all work hard for a living, stay honest!

I was passing through their stand last week with my boyfriend, and Angel, the seller we spoke to, stopped us asking if I wanted to curl my hair. I was about to say no and my boyfriend pushed me to do it while he went to the bathroom, so I ended up doing it!
She actually made me feel so pretty after just about 5 minutes and she explained every single detail about the product very well even before I had any questions about it. I had no intention of buying anything that day but she changed my mind after showing me the quality of the product and because of how nice she was to me, it made me realise I actually did feel pretty with curly hair ;)

She was an absolute star and an Angel (pun intended)! Thanks Angel, I’m loving my hair curling wand!! 🫶🏻

After being served by Tina, I purchased a straightener and adore it! I am so pleased as i style my hair often and there was wonderful service and experience.

The straighteners don’t have an emergency shut off. My daughter left hers on and went away for the weekend. I was cleaning her room two days later and they had burnt through the mat and desk and were still turned on! How is this safe?! Two whole days!!!!!The lady who sold them said they turn off when they’ve been on for too long - max 40 minutes. This is not the case! My house could’ve burnt down! What an awful experience! I am heavily pregnant this could’ve been an awful tragedy.

I purchased the laser curler and my curls have held for two days! They look extremely healthy and i am so pleased. Thank you so much to Tina for serving me, i will definitely be a returning customer.

I got a hair straightener from Wally and Jessy. I instantly got Wally to style (straighten) my hair even though I had lots of products in my hair she managed to get it done nicely. Wally is very friendly and has such a great customer service:)

Jessy was my sales lady and I have to say her service was exceptional. She taught us how to use it and it’s really very very simple! And the hair looks so great! I have bought many hair curlers before but this is by far the easiest and the nicest one to use!

Special thanks to jessy too because she shipped it over to Malaysia and her after sale service was so amazing as she kept texting to ensure I have received my item.

I bought the Dyson hair wrap about a month ago and I am so disappointed with it, the pyt products are far better especially the styling come is super duper good. I also have the straighter since 3 years and works amazing. Monica is has been helping me choose the products, she is so good and can decide what product is best for your hair. She is so polite and patient 💕

I was going through my old things and found this pyt straightener, I thought to check the reviews and maybe I had bad luck but I can’t believe they are still doing this. How government is allowing them to put stands to sell these. I bought these about 5 years ago.(google not letting me put actual date)The straightener they used on me was different than what they gave me. When I used it at home it was absolute rubbish. I called Westfield and asked for refund and they said you agree to buy it after they used it on you, therefore we won’t take it back and refund. What a waste of money!

I was served by Monica at Westfield Stratford city. The best service I have ever received. The staff were pleasant. The manager Monica was welcoming and spoke politely. Highly recommended.

Horrible place. Please avoid, especially at Trafford centre. They are con artists. What they demonstrate in store is different to what you go home with. They use sale tactics and promise ‘friends and family discount’ but they give this everyone. They lie and say they’ll give you free combs and heat mat as a treat even though they give it to everyone. The straightens are crap. Please please do your research. They have refused to give me a refund because the tools are opened. Many other people have had the same issue. I just wish I had read trust pilot before I bought from these people. They are scamming people and their hard earned money. I had bought this for my daughter with what little money I had only to be proven a waste. Utterly disappointed.

The perfect curlers and straighteners. Had them for 6 years and they are amazing. Monica is an amazing managers and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend!!!

Excellent hair transformation with the PYT Team in Westfield Stratford. I use to hate my hair so bad it was very dry and frizzy after several years of using GHD on my hair. But thanks to PYT infrared laser straightener ✨🥹my hair guys look so silky and healthy. The technology that they use doesn’t require even Heat Protection and my hair doesn’t look frizzy anymore thanks to Sammy for the professional advice and positivity. I highly recommend this product for anyone who is experiencing the same issues as me.
