I got it in Stratford It is easy to use I use it in my natural hair and my human wigs it works I will recommend PYT to anyone. Monica is a lovely lady she encourage me to try the products and I don’t regret buying it❤️❤️❤️

Thought it would be nice for my daughters hair to be curled after being offered today - was given the hard sell and must buy now as won’t be here long and all products would be sold out for Christmas. Advised online price for curlers 200 - today would be 150 was I interested - not at that price when I have Dyson already . Then offered a cheaper price of £120 if it was because of the money and that it was only a hair demo not a hair style . I was advised life time guarantee and to return to them even though they would be moving to a pop up in London soon but I could return to them at the Trafford Centre. Having never heard of this brand I have now googled and can confirm the products have a one year guarantee. I never write bad reviews but felt after the desperation of the girl trying to sell to me today that they need to have the right information to hand . I ought to have known better and not stopped !

I’m so glad we checked out these reviews on the day as we were about to purchase the set of 3 at the Trafford centre. The hair stylers they used on my daughters hair & mine were pretty amazing BUT when I asked if they had them in black like the ones they were demonstrating with they just had rose gold & Barbie pink…. I was dubious & decided to do a little homework whilst grabbing a drink. Can’t find prices in the uk on this company BUT can find these reviews-so thanks to the others reviewers too.
They keep the pressure on selling & offer you there own staff discount THEN friends discount/ there is a guy overseeing all the girls & I could tell a couple that were there it was there first day trying to draw customers in. Won’t lie the hair stylers they use are amazing BUT it’s obvious they’re not the ones you’ll purchase! You’ve been warned

I got my hair straightener from Jessy in Westfield White City. She was super friendly and chose a model for me that is perfect. Fast heating and great quality 😍

The straightener is very good and it gives a clean and silky look, I’ve had the straightener since 2018 and I’ve always used it. It’s very good.

I bought the Pyt Goodbye Frizz from Monique S in February 2023. She was full of praises for it which I initially doubted but I’ve used it on my wigs and the result has been great. It straightens my wigs and keeps out the frizz for a week. The sheen is great and wig feels natural. I just got another one today for my second home.
