Genuine Care in Every Interaction

I've been a Qualia customer for quite some time and recently needed assistance with my account. I reached out to customer support and was helped by Dana, who responded incredibly quickly, thoroughly, and with genuine kindness.

She took the time to review my situation, clearly explain what had happened, answer all of my questions, and help me resolve the issue. What stood out most was the level of care and professionalism throughout the entire interaction. I felt heard, respected, and genuinely supported.

In a world where customer service often feels rushed or impersonal, this experience was exceptional. The communication was prompt, clear, compassionate, and solution-focused from beginning to end.

I've always appreciated Qualia's products, and this experience strengthened my confidence in the company even further.

Recent Order

Recently, an order from Qualia was shipped to me, but the delivery did not happen or was stolen by someone. I reached out to Qualia and Dana and Kiki grabbed the bull by the b*$#s and saw to it that another shipment went out. It arrived, and it's as though nothing happened. Ever since Dave Aspry spoke of Qualia, I knew that this was a company I could trust.

I got an email from Qualia Life that…

I got an email from Qualia Life that had to do with needing a new credit card. So after I got another email that basically said "yes", so I sent the last 4 digits of a new credit card. I am very happy that this company actually contacted me to give them the right data. Thank you so much!!

Help above and beyond.

I needed help with changing my order and asked for help. My request was responded to in a very timely manner. I love these products. They've helped me immensely in my recovering my energy as I live with breast cancer. Thank you Qualia!

Dana was great. Great products! Great sales!

Dana was great! Placed my order,tried getting the 2nd product for 29$ within my 30minutes but it did not work.. Dana went above and beyond to help get that!,then it literally got lost in the mail somewhere in Maryland..it was immediately re sent and I got it. The products work. I love the qualia mitochondria supplement, am using several.. Will continue to be a customer

My husband has enjoyed his Qualia NAD , so your last sale gave me a great chance to try ALL the products.
We have just started the newer ones & won't have an opinion for a few weeks. But we have faith from past products. And customer service ( Dana, Kelly) is exemplary !

I am 62 years old and have an autoimmune disease, many people out there do. I quit trusting doctors years ago. I pretty much treat myself as much as I can by supplementing, research, and other things. I only buy my supplements through two companies, Qualia being my number one. They might be a little more pricey, but you get what you pay for. Their customer service is the best. I had a problem. I emailed them,the first time they emailed me that day and the second time they emailed back within 20 minutes, 20 minutes! I won’t go anywhere else, ever. I was on Adderall for 10 years and…

I was on Adderall for 10 years and although it did help with my ADD, over time my health took a hit (my resting heart rate was almost 100, sleeping)
My woman found Qualia, I switched and I have been very happy. It may seem pricy but how much is your health worth? And I will say that their customer service is amazing! They got back to me the same day! Thank you Qualia Life! - Not an Ad, just a happy customer!

TERRIBLE and quite rude customer service

The customer service is terrible.

I recently purchased multiple supplements from this company in late November. It is 31 December and I still have not received the item.

I have been dealing with horrific customer service that really lets down the business. Kiki is the main culprit.

They have made myriad errors, and then do not acknowledge them, nor do they offer assistance in resolving the issues.

It is worth noting that the Google Reviews for this company are available at Neurohacker Collective, which was their previous name... they have a lot of negative reviews there regarding similar things.

EDIT: Based on their false reply. They sent an incorrect document to Australia's borderforce which caused them to quarantine the item. I asked them to provide a corrected and accurate invoice which they didn't do. So there has been upwards of 30 emails regarding this issue.

And still now, as of 6 January, there is no update.

We’d like to provide additional context for clarity due to this unfair review. The order was placed on December 1 and shipped internationally from the U.S. to Australia. As noted on our website, international deliveries may take up to 22 days.

The concern arose around customs fees assessed. By regulation, international shipments require that the retail value be declared on customs documentation.

Although the shipment was scheduled to arrive on time, it had been held up due to the customers concern that the declared value on our customs form was incorrect. The customer asked that we change the invoice however we are not able to misrepresent information.

During this time, our team worked directly with the warehouse to pause delivery and explore possible solutions. While attempting to assist, our support team was met with discouraging and disrespectful language. We have since canceled the original order and shipped a second shipment to appease the customer's concern.

We understand that international shipping and customs processes can be frustrating, and we genuinely tried to help within the limits of applicable regulations. While we made every effort to assist, we understand that our solution did not meet her expectations. We hope she finds a supplement company that's a better fit for her moving forward.

EDIT: The new shipment is scheduled to deliver Jan 12. While we do not agree on the outcome, we respect your perspective. We've shared everything we can on this matter and will step back from further public discussion.
