TERRIBLE and quite rude customer service

The customer service is terrible.

I recently purchased multiple supplements from this company in late November. It is 31 December and I still have not received the item.

I have been dealing with horrific customer service that really lets down the business. Kiki is the main culprit.

They have made myriad errors, and then do not acknowledge them, nor do they offer assistance in resolving the issues.

It is worth noting that the Google Reviews for this company are available at Neurohacker Collective, which was their previous name... they have a lot of negative reviews there regarding similar things.

EDIT: Based on their false reply. They sent an incorrect document to Australia's borderforce which caused them to quarantine the item. I asked them to provide a corrected and accurate invoice which they didn't do. So there has been upwards of 30 emails regarding this issue.

And still now, as of 6 January, there is no update.

We’d like to provide additional context for clarity due to this unfair review. The order was placed on December 1 and shipped internationally from the U.S. to Australia. As noted on our website, international deliveries may take up to 22 days.

The concern arose around customs fees assessed. By regulation, international shipments require that the retail value be declared on customs documentation.

Although the shipment was scheduled to arrive on time, it had been held up due to the customers concern that the declared value on our customs form was incorrect. The customer asked that we change the invoice however we are not able to misrepresent information.

During this time, our team worked directly with the warehouse to pause delivery and explore possible solutions. While attempting to assist, our support team was met with discouraging and disrespectful language. We have since canceled the original order and shipped a second shipment to appease the customer's concern.

We understand that international shipping and customs processes can be frustrating, and we genuinely tried to help within the limits of applicable regulations. While we made every effort to assist, we understand that our solution did not meet her expectations. We hope she finds a supplement company that's a better fit for her moving forward.

EDIT: The new shipment is scheduled to deliver Jan 12. While we do not agree on the outcome, we respect your perspective. We've shared everything we can on this matter and will step back from further public discussion.

I love the product Qualia Mind and the company

I love the product Qualia Mind Decaffeinated, been taking it for a year now. I had a complaint about the new packaging, wrote to them, and received a quick and personal response. I felt heard and valued for my opinion. This is a good company to do business with.

The inside seal was completely broken…

The inside seal was completely broken (while the exterior plastic seal was intact) and when I contacted the company they were completely unconcerned. Very concerning (even though it was an older order, the product was certainly not expired and should never have been shipped like that - reminded me of those old Tylenol issues with tampered products)

While we appreciate customers providing genuine, truthful feedback on our products and service, we are disappointed to see that you've suggested we were unconcerned about the damaged seal despite us conducting a thorough investigation of the issue (by checking the lot number and exp date for any other complaints, and found zero, which we shared with you in our discussion) as well as providing you with a full refund on the entire $600+ order that you did not return from February of 2024. Since you were refunded, per your request, for the full order despite the damaged seal on one of six items in the order, we are confused as to why you are sharing your frustration that a credit of $25 is not enough. We would not replace an already refunded product nearly two years after this order was received by you back in February of 2024. The $25 coupon was not the only support we've provided, just an additional gesture of goodwill we offered this week when you reached out to report the damaged item nearly two years after receipt.

We also want to address the comparison you've made here to the historic Tylenol tampering incident. That situation involved criminal interference with over-the-counter medication and is not comparable to our product, our safety practices, or our quality controls. We take product integrity seriously, and your comment suggested a level of danger that is neither accurate nor fair to imply. Even so, we investigated your report thoroughly, and our review confirmed no other issues with that lot.

To reiterate, we care deeply about the safety and quality of our products, as well as the experience of our customers. We understand your frustration and concern regarding the damaged interior seal on your bottle, and are thankful you reached out to alert us of this potential safety issue so we could confirm it was and is not a recurring issue. However, we would appreciate it if you would adjust your review to provide a more fair and accurate representation of the support we've offered you.

Great customer service, quality product.

My review is for Qualia magnesium and customer service. I rate a five because of their customer service and kind team members. After a few deliveries , I received a product that was damaged and they replaced it quickly. Although I haven't felt a big difference with my digestion and elimination, it has more types of magnesium than others so I plan on continuing taking them and monitoring results.

Great customer support

They have a great product and even better customer support. It was hard for me to figure out how to manage my subscription but they helped me with that right away. The magnesium is a great product.

When you reached out to us on November 21, we confirmed that your package was held up in customs clearance, which unfortunately can extend delivery timelines beyond our control. Since the delay had passed the expected timeframe, we issued a full refund as a courtesy. There’s still a chance the package may arrive, as international orders can continue moving after customs release, but we didn’t want you waiting any longer without resolution.

I had an issue with a subscription that…

I had an issue with a subscription that I forgot to cancel, thereby, leaving me with too much product. Dana in customer service handled my cancelation and I was able to return the unused product, with free shipping and issued a prompt refund; I will definitely be using Qualia in the future.

Awesome Customer Service

I had a tricky customer service issue when I accidentally ordered too much of one product.

Everyone who helped me resolve the issue and deliver a refund in a timely manner was gracious, courteous, and very kind and skillful.

The products are awesome and I will continue to buy from them for months to come.

Customer Service is GREAT!

Customer Service is great. I needed help with a return order and my subscription. I had to email several times for my understanding of the order, and customer service was prompt and continued to answer all of my emails and questions until I had a clear understanding of how to proceed with my return, my future subscription orders, and my account access. Extremely helpful, kind, courteous team.

Ordered onetime magnesium supplement. Was charged $35. They automatically sent another bottle 20 days later and charged $51.34 for that bottle and had to cancel and return. Return says paid $1

When your original order was placed on 7/31/25, the Subscribe & Save option was selected at checkout, which is why a renewal order was automatically generated and billed four weeks later on 8/28/25 (not 20 days later as you shared). We understand this can sometimes happen unintentionally, and our team reviewed this thoroughly when you reached out. As soon as you let us know you hadn’t intended to enroll in a subscription, we provided the full order history along with a prepaid return label. Once the product was returned, we issued a full refund. You had noted that the return portal displayed a $1 credit, which can occasionally appear incorrectly during processing, but we did ask you to please disregard this and confirmed you'd receive a full refund on return products. The full refund was issued promptly upon your items being returned. We hope this helps clear up the misunderstanding.

I love the product

I love this product

I have taken the Senolytic for just a couple of months and really could tell a difference even after the first month. I do not feel as tired as I used to. I really felt so tired all the time, but that is so much better now.
No more Zombie cells for me !!
