A client of mine wanted to open out the whole of the ground floor; with tighter requirements post Grenfell, I suggested to my client that we use a misting system ....Quenchfire. They fitted the brief and were competitively priced. I found dealing with them very easy and they liaised with the main contractor on site. The installation team, the real face of the company were professional and charming. Overall very happy with the product and would recommend them to future clients on projects with @dmjdesign

Outstanding service from beginning to end! Ollie and his team came in cold, surveyed, specified and documented the site requirements within three days. The job comprised some 16 heads over three floors all of which was completed within two programmed visits and at a very competitive price. I can't recommend Quenchfire highly enough.

Great service. Their system was given prior approval by the private building control firm I used and Ollie was very responsive and helpful and definitely knows his stuff. Fitted Halo into our home and Quenchfire were so good. Even when a faulty part needed replacing, they came back within less than half an hour of my call, now that's service!

Fantastic customer service. The installation process went really well and guys were very professional in their approach to the job.

During a difficult loft extension, the Quenchfire team gave us a great service, providing a simple design and clear instructions for the construction team. Once the preparations were complete the Quenchfire implementation team returned to finalise the installation, completing the work effectively and efficiently.

The whole Quenchfire team were very supportive throughout the work, from initial survey to commissioning, clearly communicating what was needed and keeping us informed.

Overall, we were very satisfied with the solution and the work done.

Had to get a mist system installed due to the layout of my house and the addition of a loft conversion. Didn’t know anything about them so took a chance with Quenchfire, really happy I went with them as they made it really easy. The information was clear from beginning to end and they were quick to reply to emails which made it quick and easy for me to get the plans ok’d with building control. The engineers, Jed and Taylor, done a great job on both visits, neat and tidy finishes around the pump and spray heads, cheers.

We are a specialist loft conversion company and for one of our recent projects the home owner was adamant about wanting to retain the open plan layout of the ground floor. When lofts are converted to create a third storey the fire regulations require improvements to the property particularly if there open plan areas and the stairs are not protected. We invited a number of companies to quote and found Quench Fire to be competitive. Their quote was clear and professional. They dealt promptly with our queries and carried out a first fix and second fix when they said they would. Their technicians were tidy and considerate to the home owners needs during the installation work. We hope to be have similar projects in the future where we can work together with Quench Fire again.
