Installer, Dave B. was great. Friendly and efficient. Clearly explained the simple tech stuff we needed to do. Our set up was not quite standard but no problem. We’ve only just started using the fibre broadband so cannot comment on that.

Quick Line has had it’s up and downs but as I am using there satellite dish for Internet you have to expect some downs but it seems like they have now sorted everything out and I’m happy with the speed of the Internet and if you live in the countryside, where you cannot get fibre Internet, I would truly recommend Quick Line

Alvin was incredibly helpful and did a fantastic job of setting us up in our new home. Couldn't recommend enough.

Quickline are the best broadband ever, Ricky in the sales team pulled out all the stops to get the installation completed within 3 days,
The Quickline engineer (Peter Watson) came today & got the broadband 1 Gig connection completed 👍🏼

Lewis H was a fantastic engineer , installed the internet very quickly and to a high standard - hiding all the cabling to exactly what I wanted - he was amazing thanks so much

Kegan arrived and promptly got to work installing our new broadband. He gave us a choice about where we wanted our ONT and advised us on what this would include. The cables are neat and tidy and everything works perfectly.

I found Matt F a very friendly polite young man.keeping me informed on what he was doing throughout the whole installation. I felt very at ease with him in the house.he waited until I was happy with everything.credit to quickline.

My installer Dan was polite and friendly.
He explained everything he was going to do and didn't leave until he Was happy everything was ok.

Installers were very respectable of my property, discussed how they were going to tackle the instalation.
James Boulton and Dan Bowman, were excellent at the instalation and left my property clean and tidy, great service

Our installer (Dan D) was excellent. Arrived on time and installed the requisite equipment with minimum disruption and no mess. He went above and beyond, patiently accommodating some of my more pedantic requirements regarding installation and went through the operation of the system with me. Would certainly recommend.
