Absolute charlatans digging my road up rude workers none speak English blocking off access for me to get out my house and workers smoking weed, customer service number don’t want to know. We are not a village and don’t need your broadband!

Brandon Potter, though clearly inexperienced, was very professional and proceded carefully, step by step. We heard him seeking telephone and video advice when he appeared to be unsure.
His finished product was very well presented and works very well

A fast and professional installation from beginning to end. From the beginning with the guys who added the lines to the house and the end with the installation of the internet by Bailey P. He was fast, efficient, helpful and very pleasant. Everything works perfectly.

Dylan came out to fit our equipment, he contacted us prior to give an estimated time of arrival. He was very accommodating to our household internet requirements, talking us through options and fittings. Very tidy in his work and a thoroughly pleasant, professional and polite engineer. The installation process was entirely painless and Josh R was efficient, friendly and careful to leave the house as he found it.

Bob the engineer, called ahead with an ETA. He then arrived 10 minutes early. He has been magnificent from start to finish.
Morgan Thomas the Building Supervisor was also brilliant.
