I ordered a squash racket on Friday after close of business for my son, for his birthday on Sunday. And the racket magically arrived just in time on Sunday.

Everything about Raquetdepot is first class, I had to deal with them over a pickleball paddle that chipped first time it was used. All I supplied was a photo and within 2 days I had a new paddle on my doorstep. Both people I dealt with via E mail were so prompt and polite. I have bought all my pickleball equipment through Raquetdepot and have had excellent service every time

I bought a tennis ball machine Spinfire Pro 2 from Racquet Depot about 18 months ago for my wife who was thrilled with it. Delivery was prompt and the price very competitive. Then a few months ago, she misplaced the remote controller but Racquet Depot were able to provide a replacement (£139.96 but far cheaper than elsewhere!) A few days later, my wife found the missing remote!
I called Racquet Depot and spoke to the lovely Vicky who couldn’t have been more understanding and didn’t hesitate to agree a return and full refund as per their 60 day returns promise. Top marks Racquet Depot, we love your shop and customer service and will certainly be back soon. I honestly can’t recommend this company more highly, you will not be disappointed.

I was charged extra Postage by the Post Office but Racquet Depot UK refunded the charge very promptly with no hassle.

I placed an order from abroad through their website, and there were one or two minor issues with the shipping caused on my end. They took quick action and resolved the situation as fast as possible. At the same time, their customer service works flawlessly.

Company is very cooperative and responsive.

I just got off the phone with one of the loveliest members of the staff. I was looking to get some info regarding a stringing machine, Vicky on the other side of the line, was super helpful and patient explaining all the process and warranty of the item.

Not only that, but I am definitely getting the machine over the next week. Great when you have knowledgeable staff that helps out all my specific questions regarding restringing tools too.

This is the first time I have used Racquet Depot and they are now my first port of call going forward.

I called to enquire about a service on a Lobster Elite 5 Tennis Ball Machine the Tuesday before Easter (around 11am) and immediately received an email confirming the conversation with details on how to send the machine via UPS, their preferred carrier.

I booked the collection, and it was collected by 10am the next day, and delivered safely to Racquet Depot Thursday PM.

I received an email on Wednesday Morning after Easter (less than 2 working days) and agreed the replacement of a few parts along with the service.

Machine dispatched Wednesday PM and it will be with me Thursday.

All the people I dealt with over the phone and by email were absolutely amazing.

I've placed many an order over the years and been completely satisfied with the speed and service, especially when it comes to grommet strips for racquets, which can be a fussy nightmare trying to make sure you get the right ones. They have been there to alleviate my confusion.

Only now do I appreciate how good they are, having tried to save a few €€€ on squash strings by purchasing from a less reputable clearing house (TradeInn, may thy name be cursed) who have been stringing me along (spontaneous pun) for months now in the wake of a failed delivery. YGWYPF I think is the appropriate internet shorthand.

Brilliant customer service from start to finish. Always quick responses and updates on the status of your order. Very reasonable and fast delivery from UK to Ireland, which was hassle free with no customs etc to deal with when parcel arrived. I will use this business again in the future.
