I needed difficult-to-find tyres for my 2006 BMW Z4.
RAC Tyres were the only distributor with a stock extensive enough to include the specific brand and size that I was seeking. Very competitive price, easy convenient online-ordering, and very prompt delivery to my chosen local fitter. Highly recommended.

Hit a kerb in a multi storey, tyre burst, being in a multi storey and being charged by the minute decided to put spare on and take it to Halfords in the same area, try to claim but been told I should have called breakdown first,being in multi storey how long before breakdown came to assist 1,2,3,4,hours ? also breakdown vehicle wouldn’t have gained access due to height restrictions, I wouldn’t recommend taking this cover and when I’m due for renewal I will not be using RAC, they should take exception on some circumstances regarding multi storey car parks etc

I purchased two Bridgestone tyres after seeing on the website that an order of two or more would qualify for a £50 Amazon voucher. The code could not be stacked with other discounts.
However, I did not receive the voucher after my purchase. After contacting customer service, I was told that I am only eligible for a £10 voucher. I have been told this £10 voucher will be issued within 30 days.

Great service and so easy to use and the tyre arrived before the time scheduled so happy days.

This is the first time I’ve ever had to get new tyres because I have not been driving for too long. The man who came to my house to do them for me was extremely friendly and got the job done quickly. I would definitely recommend the mobile home fitting if you don’t have much free time on your hands.

I had 2 Uniroyal rain sport tyres fitted at JCS tyres in Burniston near Scarborough, purchased through the RAC. The tyres were good value at roughly £95 each, then got £10 off as part of a current promotion. JCS tyres did a great job of the installation, even refitting all 4 wheels, after noticing one of my rear tyres was still good, but one of the fronts was getting worn, when I was planning on changing both rear tyres. They went above and beyond and I would highly recommend.

The whole process was seamless and worry-free. Great deal too.

While the tyre was being fitted I went next door to Gregg's for a coffee.
The fitter from ETB Caerphilly took the initiative and came into Gregg's to let me know that my car was ready.

I needed my rear tyres replaced. I was able to book my appointment at a fitter who was only a mile or so away from me. The price also seemed competitive.
The fitter was polite and experienced. The job was completed promptly and satisfactorily. He even topped up my front tyres.

I was looking for a next day slot, which I got, and the tyres were reasonably priced. I was messaged with an ETA, the fitter was on time, friendly, and did the job quickly and efficiently so no issues.

I have waited full day in the weekend and no one turned up after giving appointment for mobile tyre fitting. The mobile fitter never picked up phone.
If any sensible RAC executive sees this message, please respond, as you can see a support message created through your online chat, where order reference was provided.

Paid more for home fitting of flat tyre. Worth it!

Ordered a tyre to fit next day (Saturday) at local Formula One Autocentre, attended 3.30pm as planned but tyre not arrived. Garage was very busy and re-arranged for Monday. I also never received the order email despite ringing to ask them to resend, luckily I’d screen shot the order number (I think this happened on previous use as well). May use again as tyre cheaper than elsewhere, so long as delivered/fitted ok on Monday.

Pretty handy to follow online and order and McKerrs Newtownards were fantastic

​I booked a "Same Day" fitting service for a 17:00 slot, but the experience was stressful due to RAC's logistics. The local fitting centre (Angel Recovery Center) called me to let me know the tyre hadn't been delivered on time.
​When I contacted RAC Customer Service directly to find out what was happening, they were completely unhelpful. Even though it was already my appointment time, they couldn't give me an answer and were disrespectful over both the phone and chat.
​Thankfully, Angel Recovery Center saved the day. They called me back once the tyre finally arrived and offered to fit me in late at 18:45. The staff at the centre were professional and helpful, unlike the RAC central support team. I would recommend the garage, but I would hesitate to book through RAC Tyres again due to their poor communication and attitude.
