We use Radius for our fleet insurance as they are extremely helpful and always get back to me when they say they will. Martyn Todd-Smith my account manager goes above and beyond to make things easy during renewal and during the year if we need anything. He always has our companies best interests in mind when I need him for anything and gets things done promptly. I like the fact that you can always speak to the same person and is on a direct number.

On phoning Radius to enquire about van insurance and speaking to Gillian many times thru the day, I can honestly say how impressed I was, everything was explained to me in a simple easy way, Gillian was very professional, informative and very helpful and i got the van insurance I wanted, once again I can't thank Gillian enough... 10/10

Been with Radius for a few years now and have never had any problems. They source the best policy each year and this year the premium has actually reduced aswell!
We have a full vehicle policy along with Goods in Transit & Public Liability cover and everyy thing runs seamlessly. They are always at the end of the phone if needed, always very professional, polite & knowledgable about the policy they are recommending. Renewed our policy this year and all documentation was received the same day. Each year we have the usual documentation to submit (license, DVLA check, Utility bill & V5 and we always receive confirmation of receipt

Radius hadn't always been great in the past. Just ok. But Helen Sowood was very good and able to provide a decent quote.

After Charlotte Shepherd dealt with our fleet insurance and was amazing, I decided to move our other insurance over too. Charlotte is knowledgeable, friendly and keeps us inform all the way. I would highly recommend.

Competitive renewal quote, quick responses to queries, easy process to renew.

I was with radius for years . They sent me a quote with my insurance more than doubled in price . I rang them about it and they dropped the price about 40% . I found this strange, so shopped around . The first broker i went to came in 30% cheaper again .
So much for loyalty.
