Item never received - but still charged!
I live in Israel and ordered the machine to help sweaty hands and feet.
the website said it would be 6-10 business days for international expedited shipping - which I paid for.
This was 5 and a half weeks ago.
I reached out to the company and said I want a refund.
They said they would open an investigation with the USPS and get back to me. I replied that I want a refund, not an investigation.
They have so far not gotten back in touch with me, although more than a week has passed.
I opened a dispute with my credit card company. I hope this will all be sorted out - but it is extremely frustrating - and shows VERY poor customer service.

VERY professional and Efficient!
Anytime I have a question, I communicate with customer service through email and they are always very quick getting back to me and professional. A couple months ago I changed the Purewick catheter to the Flex Purewick catheter and they accidentally sent the regular. When I notified them, they immediately got back with me and sent me the correct supply along with a self-addressed pre-paid package for me to put the wrong box into to send back. It was easy and efficient!

The Purewick has mad a different to my health. I have heart problems and I use the Purewick at night and I don’t have to get up and worry about falling. It’s made a difference to my sleep. Sleeping better. I would recommend Purewick to other people.
