The booked transfer did not arrive.
No one answered on the emergency phone number at raintransfers.com.
There was no refund for the not delivered service.

No driver turned up at pick up from airport. I had to take taxi. I was travelling with 3 children so a huge inconvenience. No contact from company either at any point to look for me or ask any questions.

Booked transfers through this company and unfortunately had to cancel. I queried (on a Friday) whether I would get a refund and was advised they would check and get back to me on the Monday. I heard nothing. I have messaged twice since and had no response. I understand that a refund isn’t always possible but the ignorance in not even answering to tell me yes or no is just unprofessional.

I had an excellent experience with Rain Transfers. The return (both ways) price from Antalya airport to my hotel in Side/Manavgat in a six person taxi was €75 (€37.50 each way), which I thought was very reasonable. (The hotel quoted me €65 each way if I had booked through their preferred taxi service).

The driver was waiting at the airport and hotel at the correct time, the taxis were clean, and the ride was smooth. I also appreciated that Rain Transfers were very fast in responding to my messages on Whatsapp, which gave me extra confidence that they would be on time.

Finally, it seems that many of the negative reviews on this site are to do with refunds during the Covid period. My own experience was nothing like they descibe.

I had booked a transfer from Dalaman to Marmaris well in advance. I had messages confirming the details. When we arrived at Dalaman no show. No transfer despite having paid in advance and the driver was not answering the phone.

Although I paid round trip, no one came to pick me up from the hotel and take me back to the airport. I was not informed that no one would come after me. I had to take a very expensive 65 EUR taxi from the hotel so as not to miss the plane. For me, that means you stole my money. I called both phone numbers on the reservation, but the numbers did not dial, it is not possible to call. It seems to be a ghost company. I paid in advance for a service and it was not offered to me. Congratulations, you have a business oriented towards sucking people. This is probably how money is made in your country. Since I paid, it is normal to expect to receive the service. I payed, you must deliver. Period! Any comment from you is superfluous. I am extremely dissatisfied and I want the money back and at least that much for the trouble and inconvenience. But I don't expect to receive anything from some thieves. You took me for a sucker and you probably do the same with all your clients.

Driver told us, that he was so tired, he drove very slowly and made a break of min. 30 minutes for drinking tea and later for giving someone money. Not again!

Used them. Was late picking us up.
Missed our flights. Cost me £2000 to get back.

When I tried to complain got no where.
Just rudeness!!!!

Booked with this company on a number of occasions but due to cov19 my holiday was cancelled on the 28 march I have been emailing and trying to contact them by phone but with no success please do not book with this company because if you need to cancel they will not gave you a refund I will not be booking with this company again and raintransfers will lose me as a customer.

I have used rain transfers a few times and have been fine but unfortunately this type no fault of their own on new years day the drivers of 2 mini buses never came to pick us up. So had to call raintransfers which cost alot and they said unfortunately they cant get through to their company, so had to book taxis at the airport ourselves for much more.
The main issue is refund they have promised but now its March the 16th and still no sign. I think this is where they lack unfortunately as can be seen on other comments aswell. Raintransfers pls do sort this aspect of your company out. Thankyou and i hope to get my refund soon its well over £100 so would appreciate if you do. Thankyou.

I bought the tool from dalaman came from where I want from me. would recommend this establishment to anyone offering a good service.

Have been using Raintransfers twice a year for the last 15 years or so. Always prompt at arrivals collection from Dalaman/Antalya and collection from hotel on departure. Drivers very efficient & friendly. Always a 5star service. Highly recommended

Good value and reliable will defiantly will use again

Perfect organized. Airplane had delay of 3 hours. Driver called me by WhatsApp and picked me up In front of airport. Return from hotel to Airport was okay too. Please confirm your return Hotel pickup 1 day before. It’s a small note at confirmation email.
