I unfortunately did not have a good experience with Rathmines Glass. Initially contacted them in August and agreed a price for a replacement glass panel , advising them I was ready to have it done once I returned from holidays 26th September. Sent three more emails asking for an update which went unanswered. Danielle answered my last email , apologized for the lack of contact and offered me a free replacement. I very much appreciated this gesture and told her there was no need for a free replacement and I was happy to accept a discount for the waste of time . PROMISED that someone would be out today to measure between 9 -1130 … surprise surprise no one arrived , when I emailed advising same Ally, in a very jolly voice , tells me there was a glazing emergency 🙄 that they were all called to (seriously… the truth goes a long way ) but no one thought to ring/email me ? At this time apparently Danielle was on her way to me but as I had already explained, I had an appointment and had to leave … not a word from anyone since .
