I always come in to do my eyebrows as they never mess them up and I trust them so much. I always see Kiera and she is one the most kindest and welcoming staff there and makes sure am happy with my eyebrows before she continues. I will forever come back again to get my eyebrows done again.

I was encouraged to buy 5 eyelash tints and eyebrow tints at their primark nottingham site , then weeks later it was closed and they never reimbursed my money
They are absolute Robbers
Do not trust this company

3rd time attending. When I book and arrive on time/earlier I am seen after 20-30 mins. When I was a few minutes late I was seen even later. All 3 times they messed my brows. All I asked for was neatening and they made them uneven, cut the end off on one and mad3 them wonky. Unfortunately all 3 times I had to get them done in an emergency as its close to work and convenient but the service is not great and I would avoid if possible

Aditi was lovely very kind. She did my eyebrows for me. Very professional and kind. I pre booked more appointments with her. Thank you x

I will be moving out of Coventry due to job relocation and there's no way i can use the product or get a refund

They sold me 2 blocks of 6 treatments and then shut the salon in Norwich and refused to refund me!

Whilst my complaint has little to do with the quality of my nails, I have found your nail tech in Milton Keynes to be unprofessional. She asked me a personal question which had nothing to do with my nails. She suggested that the reason the nail polish was not adhering to my nails was as I could be on my period???? We are in the middle of a heatwave could that be the reason!!! I will not be returning for this reason, in which world is it professional to ask a woman about her monthly cycle as a nail tech?

Amazing -an in-store service which is an asset -shopping and getting your eyebrows threaded or nails done? What could be better ? I have heard it’s closing this service down ?! What an oversight !!

Had a haircut and eyebrows by Kiran for second time.. really satisfied … she is amazing…she has magic in her hands…done my haircut perfectly as I wanted…I’ll come here again n again..
