Unprofessional Nail Tech
Whilst my complaint has little to do with the quality of my nails, I have found your nail tech in Milton Keynes to be unprofessional. She asked me a personal question which had nothing to do with my nails. She suggested that the reason the nail polish was not adhering to my nails was as I could be on my period???? We are in the middle of a heatwave could that be the reason!!! I will not be returning for this reason, in which world is it professional to ask a woman about her monthly cycle as a nail tech?

Amazing -an in-store service which is an asset -shopping and getting your eyebrows threaded or nails done? What could be better ? I have heard it’s closing this service down ?! What an oversight !!

Uneven completely ruined
Just been in for an eyebrow wax. Bearing in mind they are microbladed, she messed them up completely! One is thinner than the other. She didn’t even apologise and said she will fix them for me and tinted them…. Still not the same. She walked off half way through to talk to someone and then came back. Very disappointed and will be taking this further! Despite my eyebrows being microbladed they are now uneven which means I now have to spend time fixing them myself!!!

I got my eyebrows & upper lips threading done from Malaika, much loved the shape of my eyebrows since I have got it done from her. She is very much an expert and skilled in threading for sure! I’d highly recommend her. :)
