Peoduct as stated, delivery couid have been quicker.

I ordered a shower seat for my parents on 3rd April and had an email to say my order had been completed. Then no further messages at all, and no shower seat appeared. We waited and waited, trying to stay in to wait for the postman as much as possible, but after two and a half weeks we phoned to see where the shower seat had got to. We were told it would be posted out after the weekend, and it did at last appear today, three weeks after it was ordered. A very slow service where we were not kept informed of progress at all, and in fact I feel if we hadn't contacted you we would still be waiting for the shower seat.

It was easy to order and the goods came quickly and are of an excellent quality.

After a comprehensive search, I found that RDK Mobility have supplied the rollator I wanted at the most competitive price that I could find - in some cases, MUCH cheaper complete with a prompt delivery too!

I PURCHASED THE KETTLE STAND FOR MY MOTHER IN LAW, WHICH ARRIVED AT HER ADDRESS VERY QUICKLY, AND I ATTACHED IT TO THE KETTLE STRAIGHT AWAY WITH NO EFFORT AT ALL, BOTH SHE AND HER HUSBAND FIND IT VERY EASY AND SAFE TO USE,I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE WHO IS THINKING OF BUYING ONE.

My father's trolley was received quicly and in perfect condition, much cheaper than in catalogues

very pleased with item, my mum is 90 years old and is able to use this to help her into the bath. She felt a lot more confident stepping in and out of bath using this.

Despatched my rollater within a day. when the carrier was beuing difficult, RDK efffectively dealt with it. Were always polite and interested on the phone, despite my having speech difficulties. The web page was easy to navigate, and the prices were good.

Product arrived after only two days. Exactly as described. No complaints whatsoever and would definitely recommend RDK to anyone. This was my second order from RDK and I wouldn't hesitate to order again.

I ordered the standard pedal exerciser which on the website stated that it has a display screen but when I received the product it did not have it. Customer service was extremely helpful and refunded my shipping cost as well. Then I ordered the advanced pedal exerciser which had a display screen but it was a very poorly made instrument. The resistance nob would not fit in and when it did I could hardly change the resistance. It was useless. So I returned it again. I gave 2 stars only because of customer service.

Good with delivery except for wrong items sent. after sending 2 e mails and one phone call I have had no response about replacement of the items or refund

I phoned the online number with a query, and although the phone went through to a lady at a store who was not the right person to answer me, she took my details and phoned back within a short time. So many people just do not return calls. My questions were answered and I bought the required item on line straight away. It arrived at my friends house just a few days later.
The only critisism I would have is that I tried 3 times to change the name of the recipient for the parcel...it would change the address but not the name- which was sad as it was for a young boy and I would have liked it to be addressed to him!

Odered three items excellent serivce - the last order was for a bathroom stool the washer were missing from the package. However, after a phone call to customer service these were duly posted out. Prices are very good compared to some other sites. Would recommened to anyone.
