Email sent to RDK today, requesting full refund.
Item was never recieved and goods were returned to supplier.
Had to buy alternatives locally.
According to paypal, the refund was only partial due to incomplete address, despite having provided the full address and postcode on the website aswell as paypal.

the company is great had no problems returning items which i accidently ordered wrong size. They were very quick and understanding and promply sent right size back to me.

Great customer service, very helpful, very speedy despatch on orders and very reliable. Will definately use again in the future.

My order arrived within 2 days, and was very well packaged.

I would strongly advise using this site. I found the item I was looking for very easily and at a competitive price. Free postage and packing is always a winner. The item was sent directly to my Mum's nursing home and I believe it arrived promptly. I would certainly go to this site first in the future.

Great service and product is ideal for my Father who suffers from Very swollen feet and ankles.

this company are very goods at dealing with queiry and dispatching peoples order very quickly, nothing is to much trouble.

The bag is well made and it is so convenient to keep my mobile phone, purse,kindle,diary and mp3 player in when I am about the house, garden or popping further afield. It is narrow so is not suited for a can of drink or a bag of crisps(but they wouldn't fit comfortably between the chair sides and my thigh anyway) but all my 'essential' valuables are snug and safe from pick pockets and being dropped. More functional than beautiful but very handy and discrete.
This is my first purchase from RDK but the service was so good it is worth a mention. Well done.

I bought the first Lotion Applicator for myself and found it so good that I have bought them for others since. It enables you to apply lotion to all your back without any assistance. The price is good and the service excellent.

Quick service, good product

I first discovered the Torpro Troja in 20004 and found that my ability to get out and about idepndently was renewed. In a cliche "it changed my life". I am able to go out on my own. If I were to get fatigued, there is a small seat to give me some relief. It even has a small basket for purchases and can be folded down to fit on the back seat of my car My recent order was for a replacement after 8 happy years of independent use. Highly recommended.

I had never used this company before but from now on if I need any mobility aids I will always try them first. Their service is fast and the items are well packaged. If like myself I had a problem with one item I ordered they are very fast to contact you with information on how to return items, and try their hardest to make things easy and fast for you.

If you need mobility aids of any kind I would recommend looking at this company first.

I bought the Grabber & it was instantly useful as one of my cats knocked a small bottle of handcream down behind the piano. The grabber saved me having to haul the piano away from the wall & hurting my back. Robust & very useful tool & I like the little magnet on the end.
