I'm sure many people have heard scary stories about how stressful moving house can be.. As a first time buyer / shared owner at a more 'mature' age than most - I was so worried about how things would turn out, especially as I had to move in such a hurry.

But from my first phone call, Nick Copeland worked so hard to reassure me and explain how the process worked. He gave really helpful advice throughout and was so accommodating with viewings. He worked really, really hard for me - and I know he puts a lot of time and effort into his role. I'm grateful too to Nikki who liaised in the background.
