Inconsistent
I was on insurance that's supplied me Zep bound, and I changed insurance, and they no longer covered it, so I had to move to Redrock Pharmacy. The first few shipments I got were fine, but then I started feeling like the effects actually weren't consistent. I experienced some of the body tingles that people get from these made-to-order pharmacies. I spoke with my doctor, and he claimed that individual batches can be good or bad. It's very batch dependent, and I received quite a few bad batches.
I got new insurance again, and they support it, ZepBound, so I called to cancel my prescription, and the person over the phone took that cancellation. The next month, I am charged, and I get an email saying they shipped out a shipment. Now I'm currently in a dispute with them. They are not honoring my cancellation request. I plan to file with the Better Business Bureau as well as any bodies overseeing this company.
I have only had to call them three times the whole time that I've used them. Honestly, every time has been a bit of a nightmare. The phone just rings and rings, and when they do pick up, they're not very consistent with their demeanor and the information that they know. I would stay away from this company. It seems pretty spotty.
