On time and very good service. Above expectations on all fronts

Purchased a "Grade A" Laptop. The unit arrived on time, was of the correct specification, and is currently working as expected. The only difference between this and a new machine is that this unit has a couple of light scratches on the case, and is out of Warranty with the manufacturer, as expected. So, basically, I'm Happy.

I've tried calling, live chat and an email to get in touch regarding an issue with my recently purchased laptop and unfortunately have yet to receive a response.

Excellent range of products at very competitive prices. Website intuitive and easy to use. Customer Services were excellent when I had a problem using my discount voucher and ensured I received the discount even though the order had gone through without the discount being picked up. Product was shipped promptly and arrived on time, well-packaged and therefore undamaged. RefreshedByUs will be our 'go to' company for our tech devices in future.

Hard drive didn't work on delivery. New SSD drive delivered. I installed this and then had to sort out BIOS ( a Dell issue). Helped along the way by Daniel at Refreshed by Us. Very happy with new laptop - much faster than old one.

My laptop arrived quickly and was well packaged. It was a grade B one so had some scratches but it's a delight to use and was straightforward to set up and instal. Everything is working as it should so far and I'm very pleased with my purchase. Refurbished By Us was recommended to me by a couple of other people, one of whom is an internet security professional, and so far I haven't been disappointed.

Great product, prompt delivery. Lead for power adaptor missing but fortunately I already had one and they had fitted more RAM than ordered - so I was happy.

Very good experience with this company. Bought a refurbished DELL laptop from them to run Linux. Machine was really clean and in very good order. Had a little trouble getting Linux to load, so phoned Daniel, who helped me sort it out quickly over the phone. Would highly recommend them.

The computer is great just perfect for what i need - also arrived on time

I bought a refurbished MacBook Pro and it is working great. I had a small problem with operating systems (I need it to be Mojave not Big Sur or the like), but it was no problem with RefreshedByUs. Charlie Wright in particular gave outstanding customer support.

I'll be back for a monitor and a Windows Laptop -once again with specific apps etc., in mind.

Outstanding customer service and the computer is even better than advertised.
