However my daughter took delivery as I was at work and this was rushed …
They barely took it up to the bedroom and unpacked it ( unpacking was at a prompt from my daughter) they said they were in a rush!
Shame this detracts from the whole experience

We had not arranged for our bed to be assembled and were having problems, called the shop and within 20 minutes the delivery men were back and assembled the bed for us!

Good knowledgeable advice given when purchasing ottoman bed. Very flexible about delivery dates. Bed put together very efficiently. Efficient and friendly staff.

The discussion and assistance from the store staff was excellent. Advice and ordering was really great and simple. The service was nothing short of first class.
I made a small change to my order and it was no trouble to alter it as l made the change the day after ordering the full corner suite.
The settee arrived earlier than scheduled.
The delivery team were also excellent - they eventually got all the feet and screws sorted. The electrics for recliner were all set up and everything positioned as l wanted it. Fabulous! I am thrilled with the corner suite.
However the corner section of the settee needs to come with a warning as it didn’t fit through my standard front door - as an alert to those who don’t have a rear entrance or double doors. It had to come over the fence and enter the house through the conservatory double doors.
