Reliance Travels Ltd Reviews

This company is a scam. They pretended to be customer care agents for Qatar Airways and charged me £160 for a fake airport tax. I fell for it- more fool me.
If you read the website text you get a feeling that they're too good to be true (and they have far too many good reviews on Trustpilotto be genuine).

Hi I booked ticket with Reliance Travels but I had to cancel because of unfortunate circumstances. Our agent Shakeel was very helpful, and, made sure we were refunded our money.

awesome service by Sarah Alison

On a number of occasions now, I've purchased some airline tickets through Reliance Travels. Each time, the quality of service offered to me is always second to none. Sarah really knows what she's talking about as well as how to stitch together even a complex multi stop travel itinerary, at the best price possible. I highly recommend Reliance Travel and particularly Sarah who is always so polite and genuinely helpful.

Sarah was so supportive. She talked to me very politely and she answered my queries very well. She did not delay when answering my texts. Excellent job!

Used his company for the first time. Adeeba was excellent to deal with very helpful and nothing was a problem. Will definitely use again.

Today i was helped by Ovi.
He quickly took away my anxiety i was feeling through having my flights changed twice in 3 days and worked tirelessly to change my flights with no hassle, he even changed my details over from the original company i booked with as the reviews about them were concerning.
Stay blessed Ovi.
Someone promote this man!!!

Mr Herman

I dealt with David T who I found to be very professional and so helpful getting me the flights times I needed.
He did give me good prices for 2 separate Emirates return flights.
He was extremely thorough taking all the relevant details for these trips and was an absolute pleasure to deal with - 10 ******** really.
He even said he’d contact me again when I needed to check in which is really helpful.
It was especially refreshing to deal with a pleasant person too rather than a blinking automated service.

Thank you David, I hope to book with you again.

I booked a ticket to Australia today with Lee Williams who was superbly kind and helpful over 2 days to find me something I could afford for a journey that I can cope with. I'm 82 and travelling alone so it means a lot. Thank you Lee!

Between mid-September and now I’ve been helping my sister-in-law book a ‘trip of a lifetime’ from UK to New Zealand. I really have to salute Ryan at Reliance Travels for his patience, thoroughness and unfailing friendly politeness in dealing with us, even when we were being a bit picky and probably tiresome. A trip like this is always about finding the elusive balance between affordability, availability and a great experience, and Ryan hung in there and pulled it off. 5 stars, beyond question.

Matthew was extremely helpful and professional. Thank you so much.

Was fantastic, she went above and beyond and her customer service was second to none
Thanks you Sarah

I would like compliment Ryan for providing his 5 star customer service. He was extremely helpful, attentive, compasionate, thorough and generous. He assisted us with hard to find flights, helped with seating and Checkin, Ryan offered us accomodation and booked us a centrally located and affordable hotel which provided breakfast. We would not hesitate to recommend Ryan to help our family and friends with future travel plans. Ryan is a credit to your cooperation and we hope you appreciate him and look after him.
