La pièce commandée, très difficile à trouver en France a été livrée en un temps très raisonnable. Le suivi a été impeccable.

Great service quick response, kept me in the loop , delivery was excellent

Je déconseille. Ce sont des escros pas de retour du service commercial frais de douanes excessif. Soit disant toute taxe réglée

Responsive and helpful customer service meant I could order my part in confidence. The shipping was fast and the parcel well packed. My item was exactly as expected, in perfect condition and fitted my application. My new part was no more expensive than second hand units I had looked at so all in all a win. I'll definitely be back should I need parts in the future.

Ordered easier than i thought received as shownnon order.

Very efficient and I would use this company again.

Falsche Artikeln geliefert.!!! nie wieder aufpassen.!!!

I’ve used RGP for a few orders now. They have good prices and are reasonably quick to get the order out. I did email them to enquire after a couple of parts I wasn’t sure about and they responded quickly and were very helpful. I’ll be using them all the time now and not my local Renault dealer who are useless when it comes to ordering parts!

Great service quick delivery would buy again asked about returns no problem

Had the part that I'd been struggling to find. Delivered on time.

I ordered a very rare part for a vehicle. The company tracked down the part for me. Then the company charged me for 2 of these parts and sent me 2 of these parts. Now they refuse to take back the extra part they sold me. Not Happy.

easy process, range, pricing and quick delivery to Australia.
really, all one needs when ordering online.
thank you team I am sure to use again

Just the ease of doing business everything they said was perfect and executed perfectly.

Bought through this company twice recently. Excellent service, fast delivery, seemingly genuine parts and at a fraction of the dealer price.

Helpful pre-order information and good post order communication.

Genuine Renault parts so maybe a bit pricier than you would like 😂

Very helpful and knowledgeable on the phone, identifed exactly what part I required. Told that it was not in stock int this country and would have to come from France which would take around two to three weeks.
The part subsequently arrived in just over a week.
I would highly recommend for all Renault spares.

The part broke after 1 day.

Hi Guys, easy to deal with , the item didn’t take long to get here and a reasonable price keep up the good work. Would recommend to others .
