Great 👍 service very polite and friendly engineer and explained everything to me 10/10

My 13 year old AEG washer, stopped working late Friday. Excellent engineer turned up early Monday and then again the next day and it was fixed! If I could give ten stars to the engineer - I would. Thank you.

Friendly repair guy and efficient service

The engineer came between the time that was arrange to attend the appointment. He gave me advice on how to keep the temperature on a certain temperature. He also advice me any more problems, give them a call

Total efficiency!! The access to my property is restricted, the engineers rang me 10 minutes before arrival so I gave them the gate code & electronically activated a parking permit !! Extremely polite & very efficient & job was completed in around 45 minutes!!

First of all the time I had to wait for an engineer to attend my machine was very short - I called on a Friday to report my washer/dyer wasn’t working and an engineer arrived three days later on the Monday to repair it. The engineer repaired the machine very efficiently so I was most impressed to receive such an all round quick fix. Thank you.

He was very polite and courteous. He listened well and established all the facts before coming to a conclusion. He took time to observe the appliance and offered explanations. He called before arriving 5/10 mins which was great.
