Falsely advertise 20GB roaming data
(edit) I have checked their website and they have very quickly updated it. I respect that they have admitted their mistake and changed the website so quickly. I also like the nature projects they are supporting. So I have updated my score.
I'll leave my old review below for the record.
They falsely advertise that 20GB of roaming data is included. But when you try to switch on roaming data they tell you it costs £2.95 per day. It is obviously not included if you are paying per day for it.
Their website is also terrible. Half the buttons in your dashboard don't work, you can't see your plan details, and there is no option to cancel. I am currently waiting on their customer service getting back to me to tell me how.

I completely understand how the roaming could have been confusing. The 20GB EU roaming refers to the monthly allowance available to you, however there is a small daily charge when roaming is switched on, which is passed through from the network. That said, we do take your point, and we’re already making this clearer in our journey.
In terms of the dashboard, this would have been because your SIM was still in the process of activating. During this time, some features won’t respond, and a message is shown to explain this. Once fully active, everything should work as expected, including viewing your plan and managing your account.
I can see Thomas has been in touch and is helping get everything sorted for you, and I do hope we can turn your experience around.

100% recommend, was pleasantly surprised by responsiveness of the team
Found through Compare the Market as one of the best deals for unlimited data, and took a chance on a smaller provider.
I didn't initially realise that you had to request a physical SIM directly, and this arrived stuck on the round end of a bamboo pencil, which looked weird. (Apparently this is because manufacturing a bamboo pencil is more eco-friendly than sticking it to a bit of cardboard).
Initially had issues getting the SIM to work, (but it turns out this was because my smartphone is outdated). Managed to get through to instant chat on the website immediately, at 9pm. I thought that this was AI initially, but no, it was an actual human, who was incredibly patient at working through the setup. Thanks Thomas!
Would 100% recommend to others, for the service alone. The ethics of the company are very much an added bonus.
The bamboo pencil is actually really nice!

Excellent customer service/ communication (from Thomas and Umar), 5g signal most of time, default e-SIM but physical SIM can be sent on request.

Switched from Three to Rewild today and the whole process was seamless. Thomas on live chat was genuinely brilliant — patient, proactive, and refreshingly honest (he told me upfront the transfer could take 2 minutes or 6 hours, and it was closer to 2!). He walked me through every step of the eSIM setup and made sure everything was working before signing off. Exactly the kind of customer service that's rare these days. Really happy I made the switch.
