Martin London was excellent in that mortgage lenders after giving me an offer in principle found reasons to then remove that offer & this happened twice before the third offer in principle was approved. He cared about the two disappointments & worked hard to find a solution. I could not have asked for more. A credit to him.

I worked with Mary Jordan-Fearns for our first mortgage and we could not have done it without her. We were first time buyers with no knowledge of mortgages and we needed a helping hand. Mary has went above and beyond in regards to helping us with our mortgage and has explained every question we have asked her, even the small questions we thought were a bit stupid. Despite having a very short window for exchanging and being first time buyers, Janda was fantastic and led us the whole way through our mortgage application, insurance applications and even stepped in to keep communication between ourselves and our estate agent moving. Janda reassured us at every step of the process to make sure we understood what we needed to do next and why we needed to provide certain bits of evidence, nothing was assumed and it helped immensely having someone like her in our corner.
