Phoned the Glasgow store to enquire about buying a Sonos soundbar and dealt with Simon who had all the info and gave me a great deal. I went in to pick it up and asked to be shown some all in one music streamers, again Simon was very accommodating and knowledgeable and let me listen to various models in my price range. I had one in mind but was not sure if it would be right in my system at home. Simon arranged for me to take the demo unit away and have a proper listen at home. I ended up buying the unit and Simon ordered me a brand new unit.
From start to finish it was very easy decision to make based on the way I was treated both on the phone and in store. Highly reccomend.

Excellent service instore very knowledgeable, explained differences of each model. Practical demonstration.

Ordered my new cd player over the phone. Chap was super friendly and helpful. Ordered and was given free next day delivery. Card payments are given through a link to your email which I also liked as you weren't saying your details over the phone. As with most things sold by richer sounds the cd player itself is excellent and doesn't skip even my old scratched cd's. All in all a great experience

I visited the Glasgow store on 9 June 2026 looking for advice on purchasing a HI FI system,
I spoke with David one of the Sales Advisors at some length and his help was oustanding,his knowledge helped guide me through the various options in my budget and I never felt pressured at any time.
Refreshing to speak to someone who had a real passion for what he was doing.Almost made my mind up of what to buy now and will certainly be using Richer Sounds.

The customer service was exceptional on every occasion that contact was required. The product (speakers) were exactly as promised, delivered promptly and in perfect condition and better than expected.

Stephen in the Glasgow store is next level. Was very helpful in setting me up with a price match against Costco for a new TV and helped me humph it into a taxi when it wouldn't fit in the car!

Initial meeting with Simon was great. He understood what i was looking for and pointed me in the right direction offering me a great deal rather than pushing the most expensive option.
Quote promptly provided and reply to additional query answered quickly.

Despite shop just closing due to bank holiday, the guys let me in to make my purchase on my second visit even though it was 10 minutes after closing time.

Sale went through and as promised my goods arriving tomorrow free of charge and inside the expected timescale.

Just need a good result for Scotland v Haiti to make purchase worthwhile 😄
