Great product and extremely helpful staff.
Product arrived on time.
Slight problem with payment online but it was sorted out quickly

Went into Richer Sounds to buy a TV for my 93 year old Mum. My only concern was will she be able to use the controller - the staff member was brilliant (he had recently bought a new TV for his elderly Dad so knew my dilemma). Explained the TV to both my husband and myself and showed us the controller. TV was arranged to be delivered to my Mum's assisted living facility between 10am -1pm the following day. I then received a phone call from the delivery driver at 7.35am stating he was trying to deliver the TV - I declined the delivery. I rang Richer Sounds Leicester spoke to Paul gave him the details and he informed me dont worry we will sort it for you. I received a phone call from the Manager (Sebastian) stating he would be bringing the TV himself to my Mum's home - which he did. Brilliant customer service. Thank you Richer Sounds from a 93 year old & a happy daughter.

Levi offered expert, experienced advise tailored to our budget and needs. He listened to what we needed and how we use the equipment. We have ended up with the perfect kit for what we wanted at the right price. Excellent friendly and professional service.

Phone answered promptly by knowledgeable salesman who guided me through the purchasing process. We arranged a delivery time and the product arrived on time.I had some issues with setting up Richer Sounds patiently talked me through.

I phoned the national telesales phone line and the call was redirected to Richard at the Liecester shop. I knew which TV I wanted to purchase but had a few questions about the product, the price and the warranty. Richard was very helpful in all respects and processed my order very efficiently providing lots of useful additional information about the product and delivery process.

All staff in Richer Sounds Leicester branch were very helpful & understanding -when I had problems with the new TV Id purchased. I contacted the shop to discuss my problems. The stall were very attentive & understanding. They suggested their TV engineer to come to me & try to sort my difficulties. The above was prompt, coming out within the hour. He couldn't fix the problems . He reported back to Richer Sounds, saying the TV was not functioning properly. Richer Sounds arranges with me, to purchase a different model. This I did, with lots help from all the staff. I now have a perfect TV-working properly. Its fantastic-such a clear beautiful colour & sound. THANKS TO ALL-STAFF & MARK (engineer.)

I was running late for a meeting so i popped into the Leicester shop to tell them my requirements and said I’d be back 90 minutes later. When I returned Levi had researched the options and presented to me his recommendations. He was spot on and I just knew his first choice of headphones met my needs and was well within my budget. But Levi ways not content that I had made the perfect choice until I had tried them out in the listening room.

Throughout the process Levi did not just exude knowledge, he was also extremely engaging and when he said pop back into the shop to tell him how a forthcoming holiday had gone I believe he genuinely meant it.

I have seen Which? reviews which laud the praises of Richer Sounds. Now I have experienced for myself their knowledge, enthusiasm and customer care I am now a lifetime convert to their brand.

I am aware that if you need an honest and expert opinion on a turntable and speaker set up, then you go to Richer Sounds, it's that simple. Paul was very knowledgeable and patient and informed me of the various set ups. Very pleased with the experience and purchase. Thank you RS.
