Rang to check stock was available for Sonos kit I was after in Leicester store. Stock was reserved for me and when I arrived to collect Levi was incredibly helpful, offered excellent advice regarding my choices along with an additional instore purchase of some Senheisser headphones! He even assisted with carrying the items out to my vehicle. Brilliant service and great to still have a store on the high street. Have used Richer sounds for years and this is exactly the reason why!

LG 48" OLED TV, ordered online for collection from RS in Leicester. Excellent TV, at the best price, and with the RS six year guarantee.
Collection was very straightforward, and thanks to Levi for carrying the box out to my car for me. I hadn't expected that, but greatly appreciated it.

This is the best TV store in Leicester! Every staff member I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable. I asked every possible technical question I could think of before buying and every time I was provided an honest detaied answer. The patience and care they have to ensure each customer is happy is something I have never experienced anywhere else.

Although the units in stock where not available for demonstration, I was advised to purchase them return if not suitable. The Sony Bravia theatre quad system purchased was fine but you only stocked the small sw7 subwoofer. I tried it but returned the subwoofer for a full refund. However no explanation was given why the best pairing subwoofer, the SW5 was not stocked. I have to source from an alternative supplier. Disappointed at not getting an explanation.

Very good information from Levi who helped me choose the right product. I did not feel pressurised to go in any particular direction but was given several options to choose from.
It was good to visit a real shop and talk to a knowledgable salesperson and see the products.
In the end, I got something at a good price and am very happy with what I bought.

I think I met with Sebastian who was helpful and accommodating. It was unfortunate that I was unable to view the product I bought in the shop. Nevertheless I am happy with the service I received and to date the product.

Superb service from Richard in the Leicester branch. Took the time to understand my requirements, demo stuff and piece my system together for me. He was also on hand for some follow up email advice about which subs to look at. How refreshing to be able to go and talk to a passionate expert face to face rather than just rely on online sales.
