No hassle refund and service
The staff at Lichfield were really understanding, willing to help. I brought a refurbished projector, which I wasn't happy with after three weeks and the have me a refund, hassle free. I was so pleased with the service I purchased another project that day.

Really helpful staff, good advice and prompt supply of the items I ordered. I have ordered from the Lichfield store on several occasions and would highly recommend them.

Richer sounds, you won't be dissapointed
We always use Richer sounds for our TV and Audio purchases, Staff are always very Knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. We always use the Lichfield Branch, you can't beat old school buying and the staff are first class.
This is all in addition to the great prices and 6yr warranty on TVs
