The item I wished to purchase (Manhattan T4R 500GB Freeview Recorder) was not in stock at the shop in Norwich, but was delivered to me the following day by DPD.

Clicked and collected at Norwich. Let me know the TV was ready, politely greeted on arrival and a helpful chap whose name escapes me (sorry) helped me load it into my car. Bosh. Very easy

Tony was very friendly and so helpful, he not only sent me a link to print off my voucher he also posted a copy to me.

The manager of your Norwich (St Giles Street) store spent time fitting my requirements to a device that has proved to be exactly what we needed. I decided to think about it, ordered online and then collected from the store. The delivery to store worked well with good communication throughout. The store staff were friendly and helpful when I collected the item. Overall a very good experience at a decent price.

Matt was so helpful and really knew his stuff about the triangle speaker's and Argon turntable. Very happy with my purchase sound's great plus with the Bluetooth connectivity I can pair my other device's as well. Can't recommend them enough Great company.

I popped into the Norwich store on the 18th May, for the first time, to look for a new turntable.

Far too often in retail, I feel that people are quick to complain about poor service, yet rarely feedback on exceptional service.

Roger’s friendliness, knowledge and advice were something that I think is pretty rare these days, so I just wanted to reach out and say thank you, firstly to Roger for helping me to make an informed purchase and secondly to Richer Sounds.

I will definitely be returning at some point and this experience is a massive part in why I will certainly return.

disappointed that fixings in rear panel screw sizes not given.
l had to visit B&Q to buy correct size screws/bolts to secure wall mounted having discovered correct sizes.
Also no timed switch off control as on previous Samsung.

Roger was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained well the pros and cons of different choices and helped me to work out exactly what I wanted. My speakers were delivered the following day and I was kept informed about when they would arrive.

Knowledgable, friendly staff who actually remember you when you contact them, even though it is fairly infrequent as I don't buy audio visual equipment very often. The range of stocked items is also pretty impressive.
The option to arrange a specific time to go in and view/purchase the equipment outside normal opening hours is also a major plus. And they even offer to cover car park costs if relevant!!

Needed a tv suitable for very elderly mother, to be delivered this Saturday when I would be there with her. Jon from Norwich was really helpful and suggested a brand I had never heard of, simple to install and operate. Also voice commands.
Mind you getting mum to speak to a remote control is going to take some doing!
Jon also recommended an installer, luckily I didn’t need him. Received the CELLO 50” this morning. Brilliant clear, step-by-step, installing instructions (and pictures). Hey presto we have a functioning TV. Can’t believe I managed to install without any outside assistance. More importantly mum has a working TV again.
Very pleased with the exceptional customer service from both Jon and the delivery team from BJS.

Firstly I was one of the persons to shop at Richer Sounds at London Bridge years ago, on their opening with their shop. When my Denon Amplifier recently finally failed after many years of faithful service and could not be repaired, I first sort at Richer Sounds Norwich.
I choose an amplifier of another make, and it was installed by one of their staff.
Everything was 100% plus.
I would advise any persons seeking Hi-Fi equipment to firstly contact Richer Sound. They won't be disappointed.
I wish all concerned, my best wishes.

Great experience. Staff is very polite and helpful. As an ex salesman I have a little advice. When you selling TV, you can always offer some accessories to top up your sale. Like a soundbar for example. I brought my TV home and realised that it would be great to improve the sound and got soundbar from another trader.

My purchase for a Christmas present was faulty and returned for another one— this took 4-5 months to arrive but it was out of stock therefore unfortunate— your staff were apologetic but I had to wait — they come across as an honest bunch — upon arrival I was instantly informed and all good. I will call again.

Very accommodating and understanding.

I purchased a product online from Richer Sounds. It was delivered quickly and appeared to be good quality (Soundbar and surround speakers). Unfortunately, the sound quality wasn't great. I also needed support from the manufacturer (Samsung) when setting it up as one of the surround speakers just wouldn't associate with the system. Phoned Richer Sounds support (UK based) very helpful, talked me through the process which we agreed I would go to a local store and discuss alternatives. Went to store, very helpful and knowledgeable staff helped me choose a new product, arranged collection and delivery. Everything resolved in less than a week. Thank you Richer Sounds and your Norwich Store and customer services on the phone. Great service!
