Richer Sounds - Nottingham Reviews 

I had a pre arranged visit to consider 2 products. All my points of clarification were covered well and options proffered with clear explanation.
I purchased 1 of the items I had selected prior to the visit, and chose an upgraded product for the other based on advice.
At all times I truly felt like a valued customer, and never under any pressure or obligation.
Well done to Alex, who dealt with me on the day, and also to his team, who managed the collection in his absence.

You can tell this business is privately owned. Everyone goes the extra distance for the customer. I was getting personal email responses hours after the store closed.

A great place to shop for your audio/video needs easy to order online staff also friendly and helpful I don’t need to go anywhere else.

I purchased my new tv with ease the staff were helpful and they guided me to the correct TV for me , I purchased it from the web site so easily done, the delivery was super cool and kept me informed all the way and again the delivery man was so helpful . I had to call them for help when I set the tv up again first class help was there to help me Thank you very much for all your help fantastic team.
I forgot they said if I didn’t like the tv for any reason within 30 days I can have a total refund but it is not going back

They're always happy to:- answer any questions I have about products; make suggestions or recommendations; efficiently process an order (my last one arriving only 24 hours later (rather than the expected 3 to 5 days!). I visited the Nottingham branch with a vague idea of what I wanted, Ben was super helpful and professional in understanding my needs and turned the whole thing around making sure I got exactly what I was aiming for and more...considering my budget and high expectations.. his knowledge and understanding were spot on and I have a brilliant audio set up.. he told me to call if I had any questions which as did as I lacked some basic set up experience and now I'm flying.. thanks to you all

It's quite simple you get to an age were you like to see what your buying before you part with your money I have had a few items from richer sounds and found them to be really helpful and friendly and nothing is to much trouble,I would highly recommend them just big shout out to the Nottingham team for your help 🤔😎

As usual, the guys at Nottingham Richer Sounds were great and very helpful. The 4 star review is mainly due to the fact that I couldn't see the Hisense 75in tv in action before buying and had to rely on comments on the Richer Sounds reviews and in-store advice. After a few days with the tv on the wall at home it's taken quite some time to get the picture quality right, with alot of backlight issues to resolve. Overall I'm impressed with the tv but the inconsistent backlighting on the panel have been annoying.
