I have purchased all my hifi products from richer sounds (tv's ,sound bars ,surround sound speakers systems, earphones) they are a company that listens to your requests, advices the best suited products at the best prices. The backup and after sales support is beyond question. The best products at the best prices, you don't need to go anywhere else.

Matt was excellent throughout the sales process.
I was interested in a LG television but wanted a different speaker solution to that provided in the sales offer. He soon sorted out a solution and got back in touch every time he said he would.
Cannot fault Richer sounds - an excellent company.

The team was very knowledgeable and helpful. I gave them an idea of what I was looking for, and they provided a comparison of units in my price range, outlining the options I get and the pros and cons. It was refreshing customer service with value for money.

T help in our decision making I felt it import ant to have good customer service with friendly courteous staff, available not during the decision and purchasing phase but confident that after receipt of the items the same quality of service would still be there. Really helpful at every stage. Great advice presale. Great experience on collection. I had a little issue with a TV remote and that was resolved quickly and easily. Just non-stressful, friendly, competent service all the way through.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, was able to answer all my questions. Communication was good and quick delivery. The DAB radio and CD player work very well, just what I wanted.

Damien was so kind and courteous in helping me to decide on whether I should purchase the LG C5 and what size (I ended up picking 77 inch). He took me into the showroom and showed me various sound options which I am now considering. He was patient and not pushy in his demeanour. He allowed me to express my views and gave me factual information when required. His considerate approach is why I called back and ordered specifically from him over the phone and he helped me maximise my savings discount. He is a true asset to the company and I honestly wished other stores had salesmen like him!

Quickly established that a product we had bought online wasn't functioning properly and issued a refund so we could upgrade to a different model.

Had to claim on the 6 year tv guarantee. From the first call everyone was spot on right through ordering a new tv and the delivery.

For me it means a lot to be able to see equipment before I buy, and also to chat to experienced people about the choice I need to make. I travelled 30 miles to get to a Richer Sounds store in Oxford and was very grateful for the friendly and knowledgeable help I was given for my new WiiM equipment.

Richer sounds are always the best option for HiFi, TV and all other home media technology. Best customer service in the game, most knowledgeable advisors and only stocking genuinely good products that won't let you down.

My 5 year old Denon receiver needed a CD player repair. I'd forgotten if I'd taken an extended 6 year warranty and had no paperwork. Kaz and his team at Oxford went to the trouble of finding détails of my pruchase in 2021, and said, yep you're covered. That impressed me, my original purchase and the repair were no big deal compared to the amazing kit they sell- but they took the time. Even better, when I took it in I was expecting the usual 14 day or more wait, it wasn't urgent but no,afer leaving it there at 1pm on Thursday, it was back on my doorstep with DPD on Saturday, just under 48 hours later, fully repaired, sounding great and no cost or delivery charge at all. Wow, amazing service ....I'm definitely a customer for life.Ray. Oxford.

I wanted to thank Paddy for fitting my QED airlock banana plugs today - he did a great job with very complicated cables.
