Had some problems using a promotional code online phoned and the guy was very helpful and sorted it.

I rang and asked for a price match, prior to purchase. This was granted and exceeded. I also had a customer service voucher to redeem.

The only negative was that trying to do this online was thwarted by the webpage demanding which branch I had already bought the product from.

The helpful guy I spoke to said the item was in stock and could be delivered next day which it was and within the couriers time slot.
So I am really pleased with the service I received and the price.

The length of guarantee for the TV is far better than the company I normally buy from. In addition, there was no extra charge for delivery. So far, all of the products are working exceptionally well.

Ive used Richer Sounds for many years bought multiple items and never been let down by them. Customer service are easy to get hold of and all of my emails have been responded to in a timely manner. I ordered my LG TV LG43QNED71B6B from Richer Sounds using their telephone order line due to having a voucher to use. The sales person was very helpful and made the ordering process seamless.
The TV is very good with a good viewing angle and good sound considering we are not using a soundbar. It also comes with a 6 year guarantee.
In my opinion Richer Sounds are the only company to purchase a TV from.
