Transaction was smooth, delivery was quick however the product description on the web site was wrong, in two different ways. Whilst the errors (no remote included, no FM Tuner/DAB) were significant, I ended up keeping the product

Thanks for the feedback, although I was sorry to hear there was an error in the web specification which I can see has now been amended. Obviously mistakes will occur from time to time but I have since had words with our head of ecommerce to ensure we do a better job of updating our website so our valued customers don’t have this kind of hassle.

Great experience and interaction with Telesales
I had to deal with Richer Sounds Telesales to arrange a purchase because I live in a remote part of the UK. I spoke with John who was very professional and who sorted everything out for me. The Naim product arrived within 3 days which given the destination was amazing. I will definitely be using Richer Sounds again.

Buying a TV made simple
I spoke to a customer service representative over the phone to Richer Sounds and inquired about buying a new TV. They couldn't have been more helpful and answered all of my questions as well as reminding me about the deals they have on offer for that particular model.
Upon ordering the TV and scheduling a delivery, they kept me up to date with when and where to expect it. They were very friendly the entire way through and I am pleased with my purchase, especially the warranty.
My only suggestion would be to have the ability to recycle TVs be online, in addition to being phone and instore only. It seems odd that I can only request an existing TV to be recycled if I order it over the phone.
