Easy and reassuring customer experience. Nice speaking to a person for a change.

No issues with this company. Had a warranty issue with a TV. Although I had to wait quite a long time and became frustrated, I know it was Philips who were the issue and not Richer Sounds. Nevertheless they gave me a credit which I used on new TV for my bedroom which was very appreciated as they did not have to do that. Theo was very professional and sympathetic and responded in good time to my queries. Can't fault them really. Buy with confidence!!

When my bluetooth speaker packed up after 5 years, I assumed that was it - but then I remembered it was covered by Richer Sounds' 6 year guarantee.
They attempted a repair, which was good to see, but that wasn't possible so they refunded me the credit on my account instead which I used for a new order.
At every stage they were efficient and helpful, no waiting in queues on the phone, dealing with AI chatbots or being passed from pillar to post as with so many other retailers.
Great to see that there are some companies that still value high quality customer service - will definitely use Richer Sounds again.

Bought Samsung TV by phone having previously visited one store and phoned another. Price matching was done without quibble. The store that i visited didn’t seem that interested in helping me decide. Delivery was ok but I didn’t receive a phone call beforehand.

Buying from Richer Sounds is always a great experience and this time was no different. Even though it was a relatively small purchase, Vik from Richer Sounds Telesales was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. He really epitomised the reason I prefer making my purchases from Richer Sounds and similar independent shops and chains instead of the likes of Amazon.

I have bought many items from Richer Sounds before, both online and in-store. I really hope that they continue thrive!

The telesales team and the York team were so helpful when I returned a TV to the York team and ordered a new one from telesales .Delivery time was rapid and new TV arrived very securely packaged .Richer Sounds staff are so helpful and knowledgeable .

My item wasn’t in stock. so I was offered a dearer item at the same price to save me waiting two weeks for my item to come into stock .thanks Jeff.

Bought the 65inch Qled TCL TV from Richer Sounds. Originally I found it cheaper elsewhere but Richer Sounds price matched and knocked a tenner of. And the TV was delivered 2 days later. Can't complain. Have bought TV's from here before and they have never disappointed. Will be getting my next TV from them as well. Please don't get rid of the price match 🙏

Great product( Austrian Audio X-15 headphones).Sound is superb as you would expect from a What Hi-Fi award winner.

We ordered our Pure music centre on Saturday morning by telephone. The sales person was very friendly and efficient and we received our order on the following Tuesday without delivery charge. Our item was in stock at a very good price and it is all we hoped it would be.

Having had a bad experience with Richer sounds many years ago with an in store salesman using what I consider dishonest sales tactics, it had put me off buying anything else from them since. However, as they had a competitive price on the TV I was interested in, I decided to give them another try and I ordered the TV from them. I am pleased to say that all went very smoothly, right from placing the order through to the delivery. The price of the TV was reduced the day after I ordered it, after I contacted them they honoured the reduced price and refunded the difference, so I was also obviously pleased with this outcome.
