Callum understood what I wanted from the outset and what constraints there were.

Have used Richer Sounds in the past for buying electronic equipment and have been very satisfied with their speed of service. My latest purchase, a Sony 8 TV was also dispatched very quickly by an excellent delivery service.

The guys at the Tunbridge Wells branch were very helpful in making my mind up about which TV to buy, very knowledgeable in the products they were selling and would highly recommend anybody to use this branch thanks again

Excellent customer focus, value and quality! I’ve never used Richer Sounds before, but I certainly will be in future. I bought all the kit from them to set up a home cinema system which required them helping me a lot to get things right. Their customer service is exemplary across all staff I spoke to. The products were of high quality and priced extremely competitively. Nothing was too much trouble and they supported me way above and beyond what I’ve come to expect these days! We were looking to purchase a new system with streaming function and quality speakers. We were given individual attention at a level that we could understand and so much time too. We made a purchase, the goods were with us the following day and a quick phone call answered a couple of questions we had regarding setup.

We are now enjoying the new system which is everything we hoped for and more!

Great in-shop service. Great value

The sales representative was amazing. His name was Joseph (Joe) and this was at the Tunbridge Wells store. He was helpful and explained everything with precise detail and really helped me decide what I wanted. I don't think I've ever had a better sales experience in my life. My opinion of richer sounds massively increased after this experience and I ended up placing an order thanks to Joe. He was amazing.

Went to pay and found my TV, soundbar & subwoofer were £100 less than I was expecting (can't remember why), and the TV was already advertised at a much reduced price. I've been buying from Richer Sounds on and off since the early 90s, and I always get good, unhurried, no nonsense service.

Reviewed by Glenn. Purchased a Denon RCD 12, Dali Oberon 1 and Soundstyle Z2 speaker stands after a demo of the above system and other speakers. Thank you Calum for your help with the demo and technical advice.
Had the system up and running now for just under two weeks glad I chose the Oberon 1 over the Spektor 2, sound is excellent.

Pre ordered a TV. Good communication, friendly and helpful staff throughout. Very happy with follow up questions being answered. Would highly recommend.
