Couldn't do enough to help me!
I had a problem with my system - either the new turntable I had just purchased from Richer Sounds (RS), or my existing amp. Staff in RS were full of advice and guidance as I tried to diagnose the problem. They offered to pick up the turntable and amp to test them both, even though the amp was not purchased there initially. They couldn't do enough to help. The manager also contacted me one day when the person I was dealing with was on a days leave. Excellent customer care from all! I'm impressed!!

TV Purchase
Recently purchased a TCL QLED through their website to be delivered to Dublin. Highly recommended.
The support team was excellent with the response time and the delivery was super quick too with no additional costs. I spoke to Emma with regards arranging a faster delivery and she ensured to provide frequent updates from the postal service.
Happy with the product and would definitely look out for future purchases from them.

Richer Sounds Belfast, simply the best in Ireland.
Richer Sounds are so easy to deal with, more than helpful, excellent service, not to mention good prices and fast free delivery for my speakers to Wexford.

Brilliant overall experience
This was my first time purchasing from Richer Sounds Belfast, and it certainly won’t be my last. I ordered a 65" TV through their website on August 4th and received it promptly on August 8th. The communication throughout was excellent, and I’d like to give a special mention to Emma from Logistics for her outstanding customer service.
When the courier failed to provide me with a delivery date, Emma personally tracked my order and kept me updated with accurate delivery times. Thanks to her support, the process was completely stress-free. My TV arrived on schedule and in perfect condition.
Overall, a brilliant experience – highly recommended!

Always a superb experience
Always a superb experience purchasing from Richer Sounds Belfast. Their knowledge, friendless and overall purchase experience is second to none. They are my go-to shop every time. If I had a question regarding anything tech related they have never tried to sell me the most expensive version of what I'm looking for, and have always recommended based on my needs.

Top notch warranty service
When I purchased my LG CX OLED TV in 2020, I automatically (and free of charge) got the 6 year superpanel warranty. Little did I know that, 5 years later, due to LG's poor design/choice of components, I would very much need that warranty when my TV's power board failed completely. Not only did Richer Sounds honour the warranty and their service team made sure to actively follow up on it, but the engineers they delegate repairs to are also top notch. I can pretty confidently say that, had I gone to any other retailer, I would only have been left with either a dead TV or a huge repair bill. So, if you are planning to purchase A/V equipment, and want to alleviate bad surprises in the future, I can only advise to go with Richer Sounds. You will not regret it!
