Good customer service received. Thank you

Extremely helpful in finding me a new gas hob that suited my requirements. Highly recommended

we received a great service would definitely use again and highly recommend

From the helpful guidance, ordering the item and keeping in touch regarding delivery, everything went like clockwork! Well done!

Everything we needed was dealt with perfectly our under counter fridge was selected and was good value. Delivery and installation was pain free just a few days after ordering. The old fridge was taken away and the wooden door was fitted as promised several days later. Great service nice people would definitely use them again in the future.

Friendly, efficient and quick. Installation was problem free and very courteous.

Delivery & installation, first class service.

We needed a new vacuum cleaner and having purchased items from Rickmores in the past we visited their shop. We informed their representative that we required a cordless model. They recommended a cleaner to us which was acceptable.
The item proved to be most satisfactory and efficient. If we require any other electrical items in the future we will go to Rickmores with no hesitation.

Helpful family run business- even if they don’t smile.

Prompt and speedy installation. Thank you.

I have given Rickmores a 5 star rating because the staff were extremely helpful and the delivery was excellent. I appreciated the speed of delivery because I hardly had to throw away any food.

Helpful and good advice given. Would highly recommend

We were completely satisfied with the service we received when we purchased the tumble drier.
From our first request on the Monday to the item
being delivered on Friday. We have dealt with the company on a number of occasions and have found
service to be excellent.

Helpful service in shop. Arrived on time to deliver. Quick and efficient delivery and installation. Friendly delivery man. Old goods taken away. All very reasonably priced.

Very helpful in showroom and delivery on time.

Visited the shop late Friday afternoon, after advice purchased a Bosch dishwasher to replace my old Bosch dishwasher. It was delivered Tuesday morning as arranged, the old one removed and new one plumbed in. The various buttons were clearly explained and it was tested to see that it worked (water in and water out)
Rickmores have always provide an excellent service.

Prompt service reasonable pricing and great to keep it local. Have used before will use again.

Our old dishwasher broke down and we needed a new dishwasher quickly. We have used Rickmores in Hoddesdon for about 10 years (we like to support a local business) and they helped us choose a dishwasher from the ones they had in stock and installed it two days later. Rickmores provide an efficient and friendly service and we often recommend them to our friends and family.
