Late delivery, ignored support, and misleading updates
I ordered a tower fan on 23 June with next-day delivery for 24 June. It arrived on 29 June, far too late during a heatwave when I was seriously unwell and urgently needed it. I told customer service multiple times, but I was ignored and given no help or explanation. They had not even dispatched the item and kept giving me false and misleading updates whereas I kept chasing them like crazy. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional service. Never had such a terrible experience with any company, I would not trust this company again.
Not to temp!
Purchased the hot water dispenser to replace my kettle as it stated it was more cost efficient. I can’t comment on that but what I will say is the temperatures stated for the water choices on it are incorrect by a long way. It does not get the water to 99* as stated for tea. I tested it and it got to 74*, same with the other heat settings. Shame I had high hopes but they were dashed.
Awful service from Igenix
Awful service from Igenix. Placed an order for a fan. Was taking too long to receive any despatch notifications so emailed them. 2 days later received reply to say order was cancelled as no stock, no apology. Advised would 3-5 working days for refund but now 8 working days later and no refund. Not answered my last 2 emails asking for an urgent update
Awful service
Awful service! Ordered a cooling fan with ‘next day delivery’ didn’t get told until the day after delivery slot that it was 5 days delayed. I’ve already left for a holiday now and can’t cancel the order! They just keep asking for order number and not then doing anything about it. I imagine I’ll be charged for it and it will be left outside my house to be stolen!
Dreadful customer service
Dreadful customer service. Firstly they can't find my order, evern though I provided a copy of the order confirmation (received from them). They then can't amend a delivery address and now won't confirm that they have cancelled the order.
Ordered a freezer
Ordered a freezer, was delivered a fridge instead, contacted them straightaway was told I had to wait for the fridge to be collected, phone up the company to say fridge collected, then they will send out the correct item in 4 days, terrible customer service that I have to wait in for 2 whole days for collection of wrong item and delivery of correct item. This was the companies mistake but they were no help at all, if the company respond it's under my wife's email sandra******** in case they say no order was made
Poor customer service
Scam company.
Delivered to a different address. They have provided a picture of the product outside a home which is not mine. Proof has been sent that this is not my home (I have sent a picture of my house, which includes my house name on the post box, and it's very obviously a different house) but their customer service refuses to acknowledge this, is unhelpful and just keeps telling me that the device has been delivered to the correct address.
Customer service are unhelpful and refuse to answer questions, just simply stating the device is delivered and refusing to investigate this. I understand that it's hard to prove from their end but I've sent very clear evidence and they have refused to even look into this from their end.
Never had such poor customer service when buying through Amazon before and based on their incredibly poor customer service I would never buy an ingenic product again. If you can't trust their service I definitely wouldn't trust their product to be any good.

The only problem l found the tiny little screw to seal altogether was so difficult because l suffer with bad hands . Otherwise very good.
I won’t be ordering from them again
I won’t be ordering from them again. I ordered a fridge on a Sunday and received nothing, no acknowledgement, no order number. Then on a Friday afternoon a random text asking if they could deliver on the Sunday. I thought it was a scam at first, no idea who it was from. I said no because it was too late notice.
Today I’ve had to contact customer services to ask when I will get the fridge, which is urgent!!
I’m told it’s my fault I refused that Sunday delivery!! And I have to wait!!
Be warned they will take your money and you will have to wait for your order!!

It feels like a well engineered waste of ressources designed to work for a specific time then stop, forcing you to buy again. Will not buy from this brand in the future.

Delivery process is a shambles
Ordered a larder fridge on 19th April with 3 to 5 working day delivery. Tracking link said it had been despatched on 20th April. Had a notification that Furdeco had been chosen as the delivery company but couldnt arrange delivery as some of the details were wrong. Rang them and was told they couldnt find the order. Then they said they had it and would arrange delivery for 28/4. As i had no notification from them of a delivery time i rang again and they said there was a problem with the delivery so rearranged for 30/4. Again no time sent so rang again to be told there is an issue with the order and to speak to the retailer
Im not sure who is at fault whether Igenix did not send the fridge or whether Furdeco "lost it". Ended asking for a refund
Whole order from start to finish was a shambles
Courier delivery service is atrocious.
I ordered and paid for a fridge on 14th April. Delivery was stated to be within 3-5 days. On the following day, 15th, I received an email from delivery company Furdeco who stated that they had received the order and would be contacting me shortly to arrange delivery. No communication from Furdeco for 6 days.
On the 21st I tried to contact Furdeco but on finding I was number 12 in the queue contacted Igenix. Then finally got a call from Furdeco saying that they understood I wanted to arrange delivery! Would my item have remained with Furdeco for ever if I had not called? Furdeco then said that the first available time they could deliver would be either another 6 days away on the 27th. So (hopefully) my item will arrive 12 days after order was placed. Not the 3-5 promised. If I had known I would have chosen a different supplier of the same item. Maybe think carefully about your choice of courier.
To be fair to Igenix, they responded quickly to my query and prompted Furdeco to call me.

The stainless steel interior is exactly what we wanted and is easy to wipe clean and is non rusting . Manual control our only reservation but we quickly became accustomed to it and have no regrets. We have no reservation to recommend it, It is perfect for us.

Excellent Microwave. East to use, looks smart and just the right size for my small kitchen. Fantastic delivery service for I ordered on a Friday and it arrived next day on Saturday at no extra cost. Would highly recommend.
